Best jackpot overview

Recommended Posts

Hey guys!

What is your favorite place to look for hot jackpots? I am in the search for something that will give me the overview of all slots with jackpots, which ones are hot (has a high value - the jackpot is high compared to when it is normally hit), the average hit amount etc.

I am guessing there are some services like this available out there, but I haven't seem to find any.

Also, what criteria are most important for you when you are looking for a nice jackpot slot?

Have an awesome Friday out there :)

Welcome to AG.

Are you referring to jackpots in general or progressives as well? The NetEnt slots such as Starburst, Gonzo's Quest, Steam Power, Jack and the Beanstalk and Dracula is a good start. They have lucrative bonus rounds, great graphics and pin-dropping audio.

The only way you're going to find out which jackpots are hot, how much they paid our recently and the average bet per spin is to contact the support staff at the casino. They'll be more than happy to give you this information.

Obviously the max. payout and volatility. If it's too volatile I won't play a slots machine, then again I'm a recreational player and not out to try and make a living from gambling. It also depends what you want to accomplish when you're playing, i.e playing for entertainment purposes or playing for greed ;).

If you play progressives make sure that progressive wins are not included in the withdrawal limit. You don't want the casino to pay you out in dribs and drabs. Instead they must pay you out in one lump sum. I'm not a fan of progressives since they're extremely volatile.

Thanks for the answer Cassaon-casino!

I'm definitely looking to optimize my chances of being profitable playing the progressive slots.

I enjoy playing slots, and I know that it's more likely not to win in the long run. But I believe that we can find some value in playing those slots where the jackpot is high and it hasn't been hit for a long time.

Does anyone else has the same approach as me? And any tips on finding these hot progressive slots? :)

Hi silent killer welcome to our forum.

Whilst the slots Cassaon mentioned are great netent slot none of them are progressive jackpot slots. Net Ent however do have a few which inlcude Hall of Gods and Megas Fortune and if you are a bit more of a risky gambler who places higher bets you may like to try Arabian Nights.Super Lucky Frog is another jackpot game from netent.

I would also suggest you try out Playtech Marvel slots which are absolutely great progressive jackpot games and I have actually won two progressives myself - Pink Pankther and Fantastic Four. But Playtech actually have loads of different ones you can try,

Microgaming too have some great progressive jackpots and I once won it on The Dark Knight although I only won £9. Mega Moolah is another as well as some more and again they offer ones with a much higher minimum stake

Thanks for the warm welcome cocopop!

And thanks for the suggestions - I also previously tried some of these games you mention...

But I was doing some more researching, and one thing I should be looking for is the progressive slot's "break-even point". This is the kind of data I am looking for.

Do any of you know of some service that collects the live data for the different progressive jackpots? I want to know which slots are most "hot" at a given time.

I guess some of you guys are also only playing the progressive slots when they are above a certain amount? What's your strategy for that?

Hi SilentKiller and welcome to Askgamblers!

I am not sure if there is a strategy for progressive slots, maybe you should listen your inner voice and start playing the one you have good feeling about.

I would recommend Playtech Marvel Slots and good luck!

:hi:

  • 4 years later...

I have never won a jackpot, but once playing dice on a new site, I tried to set up automatic bets, and by chance I clicked something wrong, the game started, I just managed to notice that the bet was half of my deposit, and before I managed to press the stop, the bet won 7 times in a row, here you have the jackpot :D
