Hi, i have posted a complaint regarding Gorilla Casino which has now entered the state of "unresolved" - i was wondering if that's it? Or is there anything else that can be done on Askgamblers to follow this issue up? For some reason, i was able to contact the live support of Gorilla Casino today after it was offline for a while. I took a screen shot so you can see what happened there. At this point i can only advise not to deposit any money there. I am also wondering, if Askgamblers actually considers to stop promoting a casino which seems to have quite a number of unresolved issues. Especially if those issues mean that customers don't get paid and actually are being cheated out of their money.

You have the right to request this case to be reopened one more time though. Just let me (or our support) know that you want this case one more shot and we'll reopen it for you. 

 

As for promoting the aforementioned brand, we have a slightly different approach than most of the other gambling related websites. As you can see yourself, our complaint process is totally open and public, In addition, you could read not only all complaints against the operator, but to check all relevant data within its review and read other players comments. Correct me if I am wrong, but that's lots of info on your disposal and quite enough to build a judgement regarding a casino brand, right?

you're absolutely right. Unfortunately, i didn't see the complaints before depositing my money on this site. I would like the case to be reopened. Do you have any other advice on what i could do? I don't mind to have additional costs with this, so i would even consider hiring legal assistance in the corresponding jurisdiction of gorillacasinos licensing body. By now, i am almost certain, that this scheme is planned by gorillacasino and my incident is not uncommon for them.

Your case has just been reopened. Let's hope that casino Gorilla's rep is gonna find some time and reply accordingly.

Hi there, as there is no development whatsoever, i am wondering if anyone here has ever filed a complaint with the licensing entity, in this case Curacao eGaming? Although i am aware that i most likely won't recover my money, i am not willing to let them get away with this because that's apparently their strategy. I would also be willing to invest money into legal help in Curacao. So, if anyone has any knowledge about this or even filed a complaint there before, any info would be highly appreciated!

Have tried submitting a formal complaint in front of Curacao eGaming in my early days as a player, but without much success to be honest. Took them "only several months" to receive and answer my query by cutting me down of course although I was totally right. 

 

Have no personal observations over their complaints procedures recently, but hope some of the members here could share his/her experience.

Hi ValDes, that sounds not so encouraging ;) I was hoping that they are interested in securing their business model and therefore actually trying to keep their stable clean so to say...

 

Well, sincerely hope so! You should not feel discouraged in any way though and must submit a formal complaint in front of Gorilla casino licensor. Based on the time and actions you will soon receive an answer, hope a positive one for you.

Does anyone have an idea about their timing in these issues? Also, i wasn't able to research the actual company which holds the license 8048/JAZ2013-007 stated by gorillacasino.com on their website. Does anyone have an idea how i can find this info?

Hi ValDes, yes i have used that email - and recently, they added a complaints form. I have emailed them about a month ago with no response and then filled the form in addition to mailing them a week ago.

 

Mailed them a month ago and still not received a reply?! :o  This is beyond my imagination of how a licensing authority should treat players!  :angry:

 

However, you should not give up at any cost! Send them new emails every single day until they reply.

Yeah, i mean i was surprised they don't have an automated response system at least. But since i have monitored the website, the form for complaints indicates to me, that they seem to get quite a volume of complaints. Somehow, i am hoping that they work on it even i don't have received any information from them. As i mentioned before, if my attempts to go further in this case fail, i am willing to invest in legal help on site.

What a bad story, i suggest you play at really good casinos. Make some search here, read few user reviews and opinions, and from that choose good casino!

 

you're absolutely right. but i am sure i am not the only one who has suffered from this so since i'm in knee deep, i will try to make it as hard as possible for them to get away with this

yes ... 3000€ stolen.

i complained here and rapidly they blocked my account the same day...because i played roulette and slots and its forbidden in their casino... :)

I start realize many of casinos including "good rated" are traps , CASINO CRUISE steal US 1700 from my making me wait one week just to check my docs , imagine the cash out period... than I rolled back and lose all , beware specially CASINO CRUISE it is a trap.

Hello ramszs and welcome to the forum. I'm not sure you can call it stealing if you played the money. However what I would suggest is that you pick a casino with a much shorter pending period, bearing in mind first withdrawals will always take longer.
