Are there any other uk gamblers that have used Casino Midas having issues with them at the moment?

I sent my documents into them to verify my account two weeks ago and each time I have got in touch with them they have claimed it would be 48 more hours. Also they do not answer their emails I have had to ring them. Now they are saying that they are closing uk accounts and there is only 15 days to get money that was held in the account. I have sent them all the relevant documents quickly but they seem to be happy to take their time and now I fear I am gonna be conned out of the money I won fairly! its so frustrating!!!!

Don't wanna be the messenger with the bad news, but based on Casino Midas' complaint history at AskGamblers, you could expect a hard time getting your money. :(

 

However, in case things go wrong direction you could take benefit for our complaint service and submit a case against them.

Any news on your withdrawal yet? I know they have already closed their doors to UK Players. Good luck with your case, hope you get whats yours

Unfortuntunately I haven't heard a thing. I've emailed a few times but no reply whatsoever.

I advise those people in the countries that can play on casino Midas to avoid the website!! Con artists!

 

Your complaint against the aforementioned casino is still opened and casino has almost 90 hours left to respond. Let's give them a chance to reply before rushing with insults, alright?  :angry:

Alright... You need to understand that it is frustrating when you hear nothing back at all and this has been going on for about a month now

 

Yes, I can understand. :( Sorry they just don't care replying to your complaint. Still a few hours left though, sincerely hope they will answer eventually....
