Hello All,

 

as a french new comer on askgamblers,  I made my first complaint last week against Golden lady because of technical problems unresolved. I closed the complaint because I could make my withdrawal . I just want to tell the end ot the story, I have been payed on neteller this afternoon :rolleyes: (1450 euros, because they were conftditions with the bonus)

that makes this casino Golden lady quite serious for my point of view

It's good to hear your issue with the aforementioned casino is now over and also successfully resolved on top of all. One question though, hope you don't mind. Did the casino make you write this message at our forum or it was your own decision?

in fact as the complaint was closed, I could not write there that is was over ! May be I should have waited to as=k for closing, next time I would wait to be paid, iot is better I guess :)

 

No problems, it is okay that you posted here. Just wanted to know if the casino tried to convince you posting here before you got paid, cause some operators are using this tactics. That's all.

No Valdes, they did not

they ask me to close the complaint since withdrawal has been  accepted, so I did it _   I was very (happily) surprised to be paid the day after

They asked my friend to close complaint to and I think this is so unprofessional of them . 

and it is blackmail.

Whatever, what matters is that you came back to inform us. 

 

 

And if you have a contact in Rival's, it could be fine because on winbig21  still nothing :-((((

 

Well, I can assure you everything within our powers is done, but we cannot make a casino respond or not to a complaint as this is all depends on the casino itself and no one else. Hope you understand.
