already on its way to your bank account when no one else wanted piece of it --- just don't spend it all on drinks and parties, dear ;)

Yeah, seems like we, gamblers, are walking in rather mysterious ways. :)

thumbs up to that! after over a dozen years working in this crazy business, some things are still a mystery to me ;)

Well, sadly yes, we don't have much luck with contests, but it doesn't mean we gotta give it away and give up.

Guru, you are most experienced player we all know. Can you tell us, why in your opinion, people here don't seem to like contests, giveaways...??

Yeah, I have some observations and guesses, however this thread here is not the most appropriate place to discuss it, hun.

Not sure, whether you're talking about Slotland or Winaday, katemak.

At any rate, terms on both our sites now include this particular clause: No cash out is allowed for no deposit bonuses if a Player does not have an active depositing account; i.e. an account is active when deposits are made in between receiving bonuses.

In other words this means that requesting more than *one* no deposit bonus upon each deposit made, makes you ineligible of any withdrawal resulting from such second, third, fourth... bonus received after making your last deposit.

Btw. your best and easiest way of finding out would indeed be contacting our top notch customer service ;)

Slotland is great casino, but i don't understand why are prohibited "free chips in row" ???

Glad to hear you like playing at Slotland, Zeljko.

I feel kinda sad myself that --- after 15 years, let me add --- we have recently introduce this clause which essentially limits the number of free bonuses a player can claim while still being able to withdraw his winnings.

But there was simply way too many players who wouldn't feel bad about making a withdrawal upon claiming not like two or three bonuses, but several dozen free bonuses first. Often without depositing a single cent during the years long lifespan of their player activity, let me also add...

Players naturally can --- and many still do --- claim as many free chips in a row as they want. Only by doing so, they deliberately give up an option of making a withdrawal...

I hope this explains why we had to change it. Too bad few bad guys ruin the game for everyone, but that's life I guess.

I think that there's no casino nowadays that would allow no deposit bonuses in a row, without making deposits in between.

And of course, that clause is understandable. Why would any casino give free money endlessly to anyone, for nothing in return? :)

i would give 3 chips in row and then lifetime ban for free bonuses to that players!!!

thanks for the nice suggestion though i assume it might seem way too harsh to some players ;)

while deciding between a rock and a hard place, we made very hard decision to limit the eligibility to make a withdrawal instead as we really hate limiting the game play itself --- though i understand that this solution may not seem appealing to all players out there...

can't agree more about that, dear luciana --- after all there is no free lunch, is there? ;)

Everything depends on player's depositing history with the relevant casino I would say. Usually I'm getting at least 3-4 times free spins or chips in a row after a dry period at the casino I'm currently playing... This way they show some respect to a valuable customer and try their best to keep me for the future when more deposits will come.

If we talk about new registered customers, who never made even one successful deposit, then it is casino's responsibility to adjust their system in a way that none of these new customers would be allowed to get a second no deposit bonus in a row. This could save a lot of future troubles both to casino and players...and AskGamblers as well, as we are getting very often complaints concerning such issues.

Thanks for your insight, Valdes. Much appreciated!

I pretty much agree with everything you say. Just let me explain that, of course, to have to a certain bonus policy outlined in casino terms is one thing and handling bonuses and withdrawals on a daily basis is a different thing.

Probably as every casino out there, we are more than happy to turn a blind eye on a good player who at some point managed to amass more no deposit bonuses of which one allowed him to make a nice withdrawal. After all, sorry for repeating for like third time, it took us about 15 times before we decided to introduce this restriction on bonuses that, again, doesn't limit the number of bonuses a player can get rather than the number of bonuses a player can utilize for making a withdrawal.

But on the other hand, somewhat strict terms obviously work great as a sort of safety against some of the most desperate bonus seekers, who never hesitate a second to mercilessly pushing things over the edge.

Moreover, we never give out sticky bonuses as some other sites do. Altogether with the sheer number of bonuses given away, many of them bearing ridiculously low wagering requirements (starting from 1x), it's considerably easier --- with the help of bonuses --- to get ahead of the house both at Slotland and Winaday than at other casinos ;)
