Casinoloco cannot reach support

Ok so alittle update since this is starting to become a real headache for me. They encountered the same technical problem with my last wd of another 5000.

 

I got a mail on last thursday that they had sent it manually. But its now thuesday and i have not recieved it in my bank account.. The first wd took only one day why would the next take 3 days and not showing up? Somethings gotta be wrong.

I asked support they told me it takes 2-5 days but shouldent banking times be the same every transfer? Also i have cashed out in countless other casinos and bank wire never takes more than 2 days. Maybe someone inputt the wrong account number or some ohter error... What do i do?

I have checked this with our Payments Department. Unfortunately, the manual withdrawal was initiated last Thursday, but got processed last Friday. The funds have left our Bank Account and should be available in your Bank Account any day. I can't comment on why your funds have not shown up in your Bank Account yet, but they should really be there today or tomorrow. Yesterday was also a Public Holiday, so maybe that's why there might have been a delay here. Anyway, you should not be worried, the funds are really on their way!

I got a mail from Andre` at support ( I feel really sorry for him, because i have been bugging him allot the last couple of weeks hehe) that they have sent my last payment now without any tecnical errors this time  So i will be depositing again at casinoloco this friday as it seams im very lucky over there

Mate, my advice would be to play DOA at another casino. It will be almost impossible to get another such big win at the same place again. However, you can give it a try. If it doesn't pay at all...run and play somewhere else!

Yes, i know this hehe, been burned before. Usually after a monster hit it goes dead for a loooooong time in that particular casino. Won that 10 000 x stake hit on betsson. Havent even gotten a 100x bet win on DOA at betsson after that.

Well, I'm kinda disagree with you, my friend. Actually my personal experience with DOA is the opposite as it always pays a big win (above 1000 x bet) after a monster hit. Back in 2011 I hit 5 scatters 2 times in row in just a couple of days at the same casino and with the same bet. Then, just a week later and after 3 modest deposits I hit a free spin feature of 2000+ x bet, again on the same bet!

 

I guess the payout of a particular slot has nothing to do with the fact whether you hit good in a previous session. Whenever you close the game and open it again, a new session is being initiated and as a RNG controlled game it could produce the same or even better result in a matter of few spins. Or...to make you regret for your decision to be a greedy bast**d!
