Hi there!

I think almost all our active members here do some casino reviews. It is interesting, it is only me, who get few PM's from casino representatives, who comment review from you, and answering some questions? I am personally think it is really great that casino take care about it reputation, and do such thing, just contact user in order answer and comment some things!

Every rep say thank you for review, and was really nice. I think we should say thank you askgamblers for such thing, and we can hope to see much more new rep's coming here, come on reps, we need you!

Yes, we constantly encourage all the registered casino representative here to use all the options and opportunity coming with their AskGamblers membership and get in as many possible personal and forum contacts as possible. Even if there are critics from time to time, is their a better way to improve things then reading some constructive remarks, right? ;)

Slotobank Casino , Deuce club  gave me 10 euros for my reviews   ;) imagine that Valdes  :p and yes I received few emails from some casinos,the last was PlayHippo Casino.

 

So, seems like you and yapro are something as stars right now and casinos are afraid of your final word! :p

noo,I think that every member here ,received those emails,but we didnt talk about that,those free chips I received maybe 1 month ago ,but i though is nothing significant ,so i should mentioned that here or it might be  :rolleyes:

Well, obviously some member here are in aware that using AskGamblers forum and website as a 'tribune' is actually a powerful weapon to reach to casino's heart since it is not a secret that we one of the biggest and most popular gambling related websites in the world. :)

 

We are really grateful to all our members who use this opportunity to state clearly and honestly how they find a particular casino and why. And since you and yapro are really good in doing this, I wish the emails coming from casinos will be more and more with the time. :good:

10 euros for 9 stars? From such casino you should ask at least 100 euros with 1 x WR. And they should pray on you :)

Kidding, since i am always rate how i think, if casino deserve 8+ stars, this is really good casino. 6-7 - some kind of average casino, nothing really interesting. 5 - something like middle, not bad, not good. Below 5, casino not safe in my eyes.

And i am agree with you, in the end of the day casinos should read our reviews, and take care what we do not like, so with that they can improve.

Think you kind of underestimate our Queen of no deposit bonuses as she's quite an experienced gambler. Also, please don't forget she's entitled to her own opinion and it could be quite different than yours. ;)

now I checked my messages and it was free chip from Cosmic Casino ,not Deuce Casino and I got that free chip as a apology,because I have waited the support for 10 minutes or more and from Slotobank I got those 10 euros as thank you.Oh also Next Casino and Casino Luck ,this was maybe 2 months ago,I wrote them an email at the same day,that I am regular depositor and that I am member of the AG site,so they should see how we spread  our good words about them ,so I got from both casinos the same day 25 euros free chip and I was not expecting that much !!!!

Most likely no, since this group of casinos not care about public relationships with affiliates and players. I checked eurogrand complaints - no any responce, so i am almost sure with what i said.

upd. checked WH - same here, no resolved complaints. They do not care.

You have some problems with this guys toilet?

Yes, we are in contact with WHG casino reps, however they refuse to deal with complaints in an open forum, claiming this is against their terms and politics, due to the fact they are licensed in Gibraltar. :(

when I write my review about Play Hippo Casino,the first thing I mentioned,was about theirs complaints ,which theirs casino representative ,explained to me why they stopped answering those complains,if Valdes wont mind I will post my email from them :

Thank you for your review, and sorry for not replying faster but this is the first time we have created an official account.

We hope you will rank us higher down the road but it always take some time for the new kid in the block to make an impact  :)

Let me first explain the 3 unanswered issues we have here at Askgamblers - when we started our casino there were large numbers of players that took advantage of bonuses and game plays that we had prevented in our T&C. The updated T&C that was mostly done was made to clarify the rules

 

However when we solved the issue in one forum, they moved on to another forum and started over there. A situation we did not condone or wanted to spend time chasing down since we wanted to create a great casino with a lot of bonuses and free spins so we made a policy decision to just answer the complaints in specific forums of which casinomeister is one of them and something that we also informed the owners of Askgamblers.

 

We tried to get some feedback but when replying to the issues here the replies was just posted directly on the forum and this was something our lawyers was not pleased with.

 

 
We still received a lot of "threats" about posting bad reviews in forums if we dit not do this and that, but we directed them to the forums we said we would work with and then let them argue their case there.  Since then players have noticed that we do not cave under false threats and that we treat our players fairly and that is why you do not see many negative reviews about us lately. 
 
We have and will always keep offering a lot of bonuses and we want to be clear with our T&C about them and I can say that a lot of our members are very happy since they get the attention, free spins, deposit bonuses and most of all a good time with us. 
 
The more you play with us no matter what the stakes I am sure you will come to realise this as well.

Hi Yapro, it indeed made me wonder why they don't ever respond to issues and complaints. They are a big casino-operator, and not answering to complaints doesn't give a good signal to potential players. Me personally don't have (or had) any issues with WHG, besides perhaps the fact that Eurogrand did not answer to emails.

Aaah, that explains a lot, but aren't there more Gibralter licensed operators? For WHG this is a missed chance to show what they do for their customers.

Am I the only one who hasn't received an email from a casino? Then again I haven't wrote casino reviews for a long long time! That would probably help

Kate,  personally, I would never disclose personal email in a public forum, unless a complaint has been submitted and I need to defend my rights. ;) Of course, that's your own decision and I don't mind.

 

Whether a specific casino group is going to answer to complaints submitted within the AskGamblers.com or not is their own decision and we can only respect and comply with it. Of course, there's another key moment which Seat  and yapro noticed.  :rolleyes:
