Wow that's a mouthful forfeitable and non forfeitable bonus!!

I believe a forfeitable bonus is one that you can forfeit at any time during play....if you forfeit your bonus you also forfeit all winnings incurred whilst using the bonus.

And a non forfeitable bonus I imagine is one that you can't forfeit although I'm not quite sure on that!

I guess forfeitable is like at betat, since you did not touch bonus funds - you can just forfeit bonus and withdraw your winnings and deposit.

Not forfeitable is used in almost all casinos , and you can't forfeit this bonus without losing winnings, which make zero sense to forfeit it, only if you did not want to take it from beginning( want to play with just deposit).

Hope this helps :p

A non forfeitable bonus means you have to complete the wagering requirements/turnover before requesting a withdrawal

not exactly. For example you deposit 50$ with 100% automatic bonus at any casino. but you did not want this bonus, so you just forfeit it without starting playing. I did not know any casino which will not allow this, so your statement a bit incorrect.

Lol but then your not accepting the bonus are you???? Anyone can refuse a bonus before playing....

I think what Luciana means is what is a non forfeitable bonus whilst in play??

All bonuses are optional your never obliged to take a bonus as long as you tell the casino prior to depositing.

A non-forfeitable bonus is definitely one that means you have to complete all wagering before a withdrawal is requested :D

I may be wrong in what I said about a forfeitable bonus though! I'm not sure.

It's not something I ever think about though.

I either deposit without accepting a bonus so then I don't need to know about the bonus terms anyway or when I deposit with a bonus I play until I either loose all my money or complete the wagering.

The thought of forfeiting or non forfeiting a bonus never really comes into play for me

once again :)))

forfeitable - this like at betat casino, you deposit 50$, get 50$ bonus, playing with 100$. On first spin won another 100$, balance 200$. You can cancel bonus and withdraw 150$. This is forfeitable.

Non-forfeitable - you deposit 50$ at omni casino, get 50$ bonus, playing with 100$. On your first spin won another 100$, balance 200$. You can't cancel bonuse, because you will lost all and left with only 50$.

Hope this helps.

Woooooow, I didn't expect so many replies in such a short time!

Interesting discussion indeed!

But I'm still not sure if I understand :(

Sharon did you find that example in Wager Web Casino? :D That's exactly the place where I found that strange words and also turnover for their bonuses is pretty low (4x, 5x, 10x) and I was completely confused!

They have divided bonuses into Forfeitable and Non Forfeitable, in their promotions section!

So, does forfeitable means that you can stop playing with bonus anytime you want and cash your winnings out, no matter if you completed wagering requirements? You can cash-out all winnings, except the amount of bonus given! Am I right? :D

Unfortunately, since the bonus terminology used from online casinos is not standardized yet (and I sincerely doubt it will be soon), it is almost impossible to claim on a particular thesis unless we see the actual bonus terms, stated by the casino in question.

Just to give an example (and this would not necessarily apply to every place you play - in fact, we're proud to have a system in place such as this) - our bonuses are optional and terms are laid out for each bonus and promotion when deciding to claim or opt in, and when taking a bonus with us, your bonus funds do not tie into your real funds balance...ever!

What this means is, you can withdraw at any point before dipping into your bonus funds balance. For example, let's say you deposit 50 and take a 100% bonus. While playing from the deposit (and the real funds and bonus funds are clearly distinct - you can follow when you're playing real vs bonus funds by looking to the top right of any given slot) and you happen to hit and want to withdraw, you simply forfeit your bonus - ie you aren't tied into any wagering requirements at this point! So while you have real funds and a bonus, if still using real funds, you aren't forced to complete that pesky WR.

Hope this helps!

I pretty much tell any player the same thing - when taking bonuses, be sure to read the terms and conditions, and if any Qs, don't ever feel the need to hesitate to contact myself or support staff.

I really can only speak to our terms and wording. I think our line in the casino sums it up succinctly: 'Our bonuses do not tie in your real winnings. Unlike other casinos, you can withdraw ALL your real winnings whenever you like!'

This is the casino own explanation of the meaning for the word forfeitable in bonus context. It's taken from their terms and conditions.

And in my humble opinion, such terms are the opposite of clear and fair bonus terms! ;)

Yes thats what i was saying ... A non forfeitable bonus is one where wagering requirements have to be met before withdrawing.

But ive actually never been in the situation where i have had to consider either of these. I either loose all my money or withdraw theres never an in-between with me
