Serious Complaint Against Winner Club Casino

Hi,

My name is Christopher Adam Ferguson. I have a serious complaint to make against 'Winner Club Casino' regarding their actions towards me.

Please read the following as I wish to get Winner Club Casino blacklisted on as many sites as possible to stop what happened to me happening to someone else. I have already contacted their regulatory body and I am now contacting all casino sites I can find.

I will provide a brief summary of the issues in this email but I can provide much evidence from talking to their support teams that backup my claims completely.

Winner Club Casino have refused to pay me the money I am owed. I am owed £2520 which I won on their casino.

I like to ensure I know the terms of bonuses before I play at a casino and so I thoroughly read the terms and saved copies of them on the day to ensure that if the terms changed since, I would have a copy of the terms at the time I played on their casino.

I received an initial 'no deposit' bonus with a withdrawable limit of £200. I played through the wagering requirements of £1500 and did not make a withdrawal. Then, I made a deposit of £50 and accepted another bonus of £100, a match bonus on my deposit. The wagering requirements were £3750 for this new bonus with its own terms. I played through the wagering requirements for this bonus too. Since the wagering requirements were £3750 I basically played through my whole balance plus some extra.

Before I withdrew any money I confirmed with a chat rep that all my winnings would be mine since I had accepted a deposit bonus and only if I completed those wagering requirements too. I have proof of this conversation. I was told by the chat rep that £130 (the amount of both the no deposit and deposit bonuses) would be removed upon withdrawal but the rest of the money would be withdrawable to me. I have proof of this conversation and many others.

I withdrew £2900 from my account and was sent only £250. I have been in talks with winner club casino ever since and they refuse to pay me the remaining balance which is:

£2650 - £130 (bonuses) = £2520

From talks with them after withdrawing and not receiving my money I have evidence proving they contradict themselves on a number of occasions and make ridiculous admissions. One such admission basically states the following:

"No matter how many deposits you make on the casino over any period of time, you can never withdraw more than £200+deposits if you accepted the no deposit bonus"

That's basically saying, you can never win ever in your life at winner club casino (or if you do, never ever withdraw any money more than £200!). I've never heard anything so ridiculous and foul play comes into mind.

Please get back in touch with me as soon as you can, please tell me what you would like from myself. I have a lot of evidence I can send to you proving they stated all the winnings would be withdrawable to myself once I completed the wagering requirements and I have evidence of them stating the OPPOSITE after I withdrew.

This needs action before anyone else becomes a victim of their foul play.

I wish to get Winner Club Casino blacklisted on as many sites as possible to stop what happened to me happening to someone else. I have already contacted their regulatory body and I am now contacting all casino sites I can find.

Best Regards, Christopher Adam Ferguson

Hello Christopher!

Have you opened an actual complaint on Ask Gamblers so this can be dealt with on your behalf?

If the winnings are from a deposit then there is no way that there should be a £200 maximum withdrawal limit. You mentioned that you first accepted a no deposit bonus...did you definitely have a zero balance from that bonus before depositing?

Hello Christopher and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. :)

Just like cocopop advise you above, I was on my way to do the same and encourage you to submit a complaint against Winner Casino at our website when read this once again:

...I have already contacted their regulatory body and I am now contacting all casino sites I can find.

Submitting a formal complaint against an online casino in front of its regulatory body means in most cases that you must fully cooperate until the case is being reviewed and justified. And sorry to say that, but usually this cooperation requires your agreement to not give any publicity to the aforementioned issue/case/problem/complaint until it is solved. What you are doing right now is harming seriously your chances to get a fair and honest resolution of the problem as the regulator has full rights to refuse dealing with the case, based on your posts here and in some other websites as well. :(

Of course, you are completely free to use AskGamblers complaints service and submit your case here. And I can assure you, it will be dealt with all necessary respect and care. Just be sure, you fully realize and understand all pros and cons of such decision. ;)

Let me know if you need further assistance.

As i know ,hi did a mistake ,first hi should have cashout first the nodeposit bonus  and had zero on his account and then made a deposit, because i think you cant mix wininngs from the nodeposit and another deposit on your account, and another thing i am 100% sure that most of the casinos when you make a withdraw of the nodeposit bonus, they dont let you to make a deposit ,till they cash you out .So i did cashout from nodeposit bonuses so far from 8-10 casino Liberty Slots 2 times ,Pamper Casino,Grande Vegas,Golden Euro,Winaday,Slotland ,Jackpot Capital ,Casino Central on Line,so from all this casinos LibertySlots,Grande Vegas,Golden  Euro,Jackpot Capital and Casino Central on Line they didnt allow me to make a deposit before they cashed me out, well i hope hi gets his money although i am little confused .

Yep, you are quite right, girls. Player was supposed to withdraw first what he managed to win from the ND bonus and to deposit AFTER that. But you know how it is, sometimes players made mistakes, especially when they are still not so experienced... :(

No, the player didn't win from the no deposit bonus, I don't think there was anything to withdraw! That's how I read it anyway

I had similar situation with the chat support,my opinion is dont trust the chat support, read the terms carefully ,hi did a mistake ,because hi mixed the nodeposit and deposit bonus,so hi was playing with both of them ,so doing that hi has much bigger balance and hi can raise his bets and the chances to win with more money are bigger, right ?and we all know the casinos doesnt allow that, well that is my opinion ans experience and again dont trust ,that much, the chat representatives they can mislead you !!!

Now that is what I call a thorough, fair and correct consideration of this case. Kate, I believe you are right 101% here. :good:

Yes but he may have still played through the requirements and played his balance down to zero. He didn't actually say he had a balance to withdraw??

Obviously if he did then that's the reason why which I stated in my first post, but I assumed because he said he didn't withdraw because he didn't have a balance to withdraw.

I've played through plenty of wagering from a free chip but have still run my balance to zero without withdrawing. I really don't see the point in him depositing on top of an already withdrawable balance, and accept a bonus!

Yes, Lady Sharon that's one of the mistakes that other players did and when they're making withdrawal the casino will hold that and the worst case voiding the credits that you won $1 or even $.01 will make do. Iv'e read it to some casino terms and condition regarding to their bonus and NDB bonuses.

Although you gave the specific details we don't "yet" know the real that happened that leads to void your credits. If you file a complaint against this casino we will know it the whole story.  ;)

Casinos don't void players money without a specific reason because that's against the law! I hope your problem will solve by Askgambler and the Winner Club casino that you're pertaining.
