Hi gamblers,

 

 

Since my sessions at Maria casino were very bad( unlucky) I've requested for payout ratio. Conversation started 20.09. and til today I didn't receive requested infos. Actually, they didn't answer me from 23.09., when they confirmed to deliver required logs. I was thinking to apply complaint here…has anybody had similar experience?

 

I believe that each and every online gambler has the right to know what he pays for. Providing complete and detailed logs of all play sessions is the least a reputable casino is supposed to do for its customers.

I wonder why they are not doing this?

 

I feel like asking a certain casino which I have excluded myself for 10000 days to send me my RTP. Last I checked with them it was 71% after 5-6 deposits?

 

This should be listed somewhere on the main page like BETAT. My RTP was clearly listed there. In big bold letters...

LIFETIME 84% I think. Or less

 

Point is it was very visible and showed me I was performing miserably on thatbsite. I excluded based in this info. A very fair tool.

 

MariA Casino should give this info to Clement ASAP! He is a high roller. I am sure, since he had a bad run, they are avoiding sending him the info. Doesn't look good on forums.

Its my fault ,because i didnt see the countries eligible for the bonus ,but i did contact them,because I couldnt open the cashier ,but after 2 minutes i did .But getting answer ,after 2 days its tooo long . 

 

I see... However, an email reply sent after 24 hours is not acceptable for the standards of any decent casino. My personal opinion though. :)
