    Thanks for the info Luciana.  I´m an existing player at this casino and couldn´t introduce the code becasuse in cashier/coupons section there is not a box or something to paste it.  :(

    Thanks ValDes for your clear and conscientious answer. I did it and finally found the box to insert the code jeje.  In th other hand, now it appears active in the bonus status but no bonus were credited in the account, and the same happened with Heavy Chips.

     

    I contacted the casino support and the answer was: "The coupon code you used is restricted for specific partners and you are not eligible for it. Please choose another coupon code that is available for affiliate you are tracked to. In case you have a question..."

     

    I give up but I appreciate all your help  :)
