Withdrawing from a casino - the whole truth!

The post you just made is just pure awesomeness, it's unreal how you present a concept in great details. Good job valdes! It's a common fact nowadays how withdrawal of winnings can transform from a sweet dream to a nightmare. Investigating the casino, being aware of their policies, and looking for feedback from fellow gamblers do really help :)

Withdrawing from a casino   Anyone care to tell me what this means because I've honestly forgotten lately

Oh geeees! My darling here has already forgotten what 'withdrawing from a casino' is.

The truth is, I've nearly forgotten about it too...so lets refresh our memory, shall we?

You are facing the road ahead of you. You can see hundreds of cars nicely parked. You take your first step forward. You are now withdrawing from a casino! You are leaving the casino behind you, one step at a time. Ah well, that was the time when I did it at a brick and mortar casino many many years ago, hehehe. Nowadays, I do it to my laptop! Muahahaha.

Ahh S c r e w it, it's about withdrawal problems, what problems to expect, avoid sketchy terms and conditions like minimum deposits: $100. You get my drift because I got Fruit lady's drift, you left poor Icymod without anything about leaving, no melons for sale!? Lol

Can anyone tell me if there is a delays with withdrawals thread? I can't remember. Oh no!! I caught the "old age" flu :o

It means going to your local casino with $100 in your pocket and going out bust or in a plus. Not depositing from your card until you hit rock bottom or waiting for 3 days to get paid :D

Ditto for me too. I'm starting to wonder if these on-line casinos really pay back anything and

It's been so long for me as well trust me. I'm starting to leave all casino's behind.. Including the brick and mortar ones. Especially the on-line casinos as at least in the brick and mortar I win and lose but on-line casinos, with less expenses should be winning more often but of all the 65 casinos I've played and sunk so much so far, none really pay out much. Too make it worse, when you do finally withdraw, it's always a hassle.  -_-

This is a great guide, and highlights a lot of the potential pitfalls and problems that can cause problems for those new to on-line gambling.

All I would add to the discussion is that myself personally I feel that with so many on-line casinos now being able to process out withdrawals within 24 hours - some within mere minutes - I can't see any reason to choose those that still take several days (or even longe rin the worst, most extreme cases!) to get your winngs paid out!

My favourites in terms of withdrawals right now, in order of processing speed (at least in my experience) would be Videoslots, Guts, Bet.AT, Paddy Power and Stan James. I also have a lot of respect for casinos such as Redbet who allow their support staff to process lower value withdrawals immediately. We all gamble in the hope of winning a little extra cash, and for me, the quicker I can receive that extra cash the higher the possibility I will call it a day and withdraw when I have made a reasonable profit - if I know I have to wait two or three days to receive the money then a profit of say, £100, doesn't seem quite as attractive and I will often keep playing in the hope of achieving £500, or £1000 of withdrawable funds, which so often leaves me with nothing.

Even my old favourite 32red receives far less business from me since they introduced their 24 hour pending period, though I still regard that as being acceptable - JUST! All the same, I play there far less than I used to as a result of that policy and especially their refusal to offer manual flushing.

Just wanted to say wow valdez and thanks from all us 3rd rate casino gamers but can i ask how much of the above is derived from personal bitter expeirence with casinos??

Not sure I get it to be honest... But what I know for sure is that I definitely do not like the so called 'tone of voice' of your first ever post here. Perhaps you would be so kind to share your thoughts and questions one more time please, in a respectful and friendly manner of course.

Thank you in advance.

Okay, I understand now. :)

Well, yeah, just like you and probably 99% of the fellow members here, I have been 'burnt' by online casinos in my early days gambling online, not reading, understanding and withstanding these terms being the most common reasons for having my winnings confiscated or not at least not being paid in full. So, yes, most if not all you read in my guides is derived from personal experience and maybe that's the reason why it still sounds up-to-date and  valid although it's written few years ago.

Welcome to AskGamblers and don't hesitate asking anything, we are here to help. ;)

If you are not having troubles reversing and playing down your winnings I would suggest you stick with the casino you have been lucky with. ;) Our beloved Lady Luck is not landing too often on our shoulders, so, you'd better trust her and of she decided to 'meet' you at that particular casino then so be it. ;)

Thanks valdez i,ll do just that till the lady passes on by me which im sure will be any moment now,any chance you could give me your top 3 casinos to play at??

I have a better idea instead... The best option for you would be to browse our Casino Directory, it's listed by the Casino Rank Score and you could read our review for each of the brands presented there plus the complaints history of the relevant brand if any plus real players reviews plus all important details you should know about any online casino such as withdrawal time frames, deposit and cashout methods, licences, pending time frames etc etc ...
