    Well, what happened to me might never happen with you, at least I hope so, so I sincerely wish you luck while playing at Casumo. Their support definitely needs improvement, however, their platform is still one of a kind and really awesome. 

     

    hmm their support is always nice to me,but ,my guessing ,is that you were asking for some bonus ,right ?? or I am wrong ?? and they politely ,say no,well ia m guessing now !!!

    I never ever beg for anything, especially when it comes to casinos.  :nea:

     

    You all know how much I loved them and still think they are great casino in terms of a platform, payments and concept. However, their support acted in an unacceptable way in  a matter, having nothing to do with bonuses. And you all know me how fast and furious I could be when I believe my rights as a player might have been infringed somehow, don't ya! :D

     

    Anyways, Casumo is already history for me...

    and I am not a BEGGAR Valdes ,if I can deposit 300-500 euros ,I dont see why ,shouldnt I get something from them ! well thats my opinion!

    Now I will share this, two months ago I deposited in Casumo and asked what bonus I could claim, live support operator it was a male, said twice bonus will be added after you deposit, I told him that I dont get it because I dont want to receive something I didnt asked for, I wanna check that bonus first. After second effort, I quit, only free spins were there, yes, I was upset, but next time when I  deposit will not be that way.

    I might not be a proper person to check the payout time frames, because maybe some casino would pay me faster, than some regular player, when they see my email (AG related)  :huh:
