This part of their T&C explains all:

"2.2.4. We accept payments made in EUR, SEK, NOK, DKK, USD, GBP however, the main currency in the iGame.com Account is EURO. Payments received by iGame.com in a currency other than EURO will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate. Please note that any exchange premiums are payable by you."
