Hello All, I just wanted to share an experience that I've had with On Bling Casino, especially since they are one of your featured casino's at the moment.

I hit a jackpot, completed my playthrough and requested a $1700 withdrawal. 2 Days later, I cancelled the withdrawal and changed it to only $1200 so I'd have some play money. Well when I cancelled the withdrawal all of a sudden a new playthrough balance appeared so I got on chat and asked them what it was all about. Although the guy was very pleasant it was really a bunch of ***** because I know the playthrough rules and it had already been done. I informed him I would be posting this on your site because I was referred to their casino from this site.

Lng story short, my $1200 withdrawal is still showing up as pending and it's been 4 days now and still no approval.

I just find the playthrough balance re-appearing to be shady and welcome your response.

Would also like to know if there is a casino rep we can talk to about this?

Thanks!

onBling... is that one of the new Real Time Gaming sites with the $25 free chips they posted on here a week or two ago? if so i find it odd because the Real Time Gaming cashier is the same for all of their casinos and why would it just suddenly reset the w/r? strange.

Yes they do require documents and they were all sent and approved. This is very frustrating. See chat transcript below:

info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.
info: You are now chatting with 'Debby'
Debby: Thank you for playing at Onbling, my name is Debby. May I have your username and how may I help you?
handpay: Hi Debby, i have had a withdrawal pending since 3/7, can you please tell me when it will be approved?
Debby: Just a moment please. Thank you.
Debby: May I have your username, please?
handpay: Thank You :-)
handpay: Handpay
Debby: Just a moment please. Thank you.
Debby: did you check your bank account?
Debby:
Debby: the status of your withdrawal is COMPLETED
handpay: There has been no deposit in my account and I just double checked right now?
handpay: when i go to the history it doesn't even show it was approved
Debby: winnings has to be on your bank account within 10 business days since the request
handpay: so does that mean that it will be in my account within 10 days of the date i requested which is 3/7?
Debby: if its not there even after 10 business days, please contact our finance department finance@onbling.com
Debby: 10 business days
handpay: thank you
Debby: in general it takes less
Debby: but its UP to 10
handpay: :-)

Ok now today 3/14 see chat transcript below:

Nataly: Welcome to Onbling! Do you know that you are eligible for 325 % bonus for your first deposit right now! This is only one time offer .
handpay: Hello, my username is Handpay and I requested a withdraw on 3/7/12 for $1200 and it is still not even showing that it has been approved can you please check on this for me? Once we resolve this I may make another deposit. Thanks:-)
Nataly: Just a moment please. Thank you.
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to sdavisaz@cox.net at the end of your chat.
Nataly: ma'am i see your documents were approved it takes up to 10 business days for us to send you your winnings so please be patient
Nataly: and congratulation on your win!
handpay: I understand the 10 days but how does one know that it has even been acknowledged if there is no response in your history? Please, I am just trying to understand and not trying to be difficult.
Nataly: ma'am have you received reply from our finance with the letter that your documents have been a proved?
handpay: No but I have received confirmation from customer support that they have been received and all is well.
handpay: Actually, maybe I have because I think I had to send in my papers before I could even play.
Nataly: ok ma'am you can always come to our customer support with question about your withdrawal if you have any also you have all the information regarding withdrawal procedures on our web site available for you
Nataly: at this time your withdrawal request sucessfull so please allow additional time to receive it
handpay: I have an email from finance@onbling.com on 3/8 that my withdrawal amount is successfully requested and now pending for approval?
Nataly: ok
handpay: So, I still dont' understand, I'm sorry.
Nataly: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-10 business days. You will be notified by email whether your withdrawal request has been approved or rejected.
handpay: thank you :-)

So we have gone from Completed to I still don't know what the heck is going on here.

Below is a copy of my email regarding the reset of my account:

Dear Sephanie,

As according to our records your $1200 withdrawal amount is successfuly requested and is now pending for approval.

Please specify your question so we can claify the situation.

Best regards,

When and if I get my Pay, I will gladly retract all of my negative statemetns about this casino but until then, the jury is still out.

sounds like the system is buggy-- they should set the withdrawal to approved when it is approved and it shouldn't be that hard to do. "pending approval" makes no sense after what CS told you either.

Hey handpay, I noticed this has been inactive for a while. Has anything straightened out? I've thought about playing here but I want to see how this story resolves itself before I actually do.

My experience is this: if a casino is slow to pay, it's normally a tell tale sign that they're either bogus (as this one was), or having severe cashflow or payment issues. In any case, the best advice is to avoid, avoid, avoid. Sorry to hear of your experience here - but glad you've posted to stop others getting trapped by these rogues.

Am i going to be alive when a really, really, decent Real Time Gaming will show up around the corner???
I don't think so. Where are they registered at? If it is Costa Rica or Curasao it will be difficult battle!

I have had the EXACT experiences with Onbling, I actually filled out the paper work before I ever started gambling, so was approved before first cashout..still took over 3 weeks to hit my account, and that was after several emails to some account rep named sally. Played again won and they took my coupon redeeming rights away!! lol, so they don't like winners and they will do what ever it takes to delay your cashouts, but remember if you use coupons and go through the VERY high wagering requirments you will then get put on the list, and won't be allowed to use coupons again. Real Time Gaming SUCKS yes.... but Onbling is the top of the list for being slow paying and a scam casino in my opinion....DO NOT EVER PLAY!! there is others that are way better!!!!!.

why so many Real Time Gaming casinos give a place for complaining? because of acceptance of US players or this software is rogue by itself?
