I can’t download 12BET’s software! My sister set-up the firewall and I don’t know how to fix it. Help! :wacko:

What firewall is it? If it's just the normal Windows Firewall that's pretty easy. Go to the Control Panel and click Windows Firewall, and then there should be some kind of "Allow Program" link. On mine (Windows 7) you then have to hit Allow Another Program and find it on your computer. It should be in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86).
