I recently hit a $100,000.00 jackpot in an online casino. I am wondering how to go about withdrawing the money so that I get all of it and in a timely fashion. Any suggestions?

Um, the best way to withdraw it depends on where you are I think. If you are in the USA your life might be a little hellacious getting it out but as long as the casino is good there shouldn't be a big issue. I know a lot of people use wires there.
If you're international, definitely Neteller if you can, or Moneybookers/Skrill. A lot of casinos can do those withdrawals the fastest and then you can just transfer to your bank from there for not a lot of money.

i got big win €1150 not as much as you but did withdraw by bank wire 
money took 3 day to arrive.
