Hi


Grandparker approved my withdrawal on 21 Mar 2013 and as of today 25 Apr 2013, I have not received my money. There response: "We have been informed by the bank that there was a delay in processing of your withdrawal." This is b***. I won't play with these guys again. Stay away from them, because what kind of bank would delay a simple wire if they're not blowing the funds. v/r < name removed >

After receiving a email with attachment, I contacted my bank and the issue has been resolved. I now have faith in the casino again, but had a long chat with my bank. Issue now resolved. Thanks
