Upon my first look at this casino, I thought it looked very basic and there isnt a massive range of slots to choose from but for me sometimes its a good thing as I get confused when there are too many and forget the good ones.

Upon signing up I realised that the currency I would have to play in is Euro's as they didn't offer my normal currency which is Great British Pound. Now I normally don't like playing in any other currency as its out of my comfort zone but thought I would give it a go anyway.

Signing up was quick and easy and the code I was given by Ask Gamblers (VG10-askgamblersvg) worked, so thank you for that. The free 10 euros was instantly available for me to play.

I should have had a go at the slots under their 'free' mode first really because what I didn't realise was the minimum on all their slots you can bet per spin is 2.50! so for a tenner I would only have 4 spins. Lucky really I hadn't deposited straight away because I would have been disappointed but considering I had a tenner free I thought I may as well play it.

Well am I glad I did! First slot I played was 'Diamond Croupier', first spin and I won 54 euros! second spin I won euros, couldn't believe it was so chuffed. I suppose when your spinning at 2.50 a spin the wins are a lot bigger. I played only a few slots and before I knew it I had 30 euros and looked at my account and it was with-drawable, I had met the wagering requirements very quickly.

I tried to withdraw the 30 euros and entered my bank details but upon processing the withdrawal it was refused because my VIP status was not valid. Didn't know what this meant. Now what I haven't mentioned yet is every time I clicked the t&c's or on any of the links at the bottom it just kept coming up with an error message. This concerned me. When I tried contacting live help it said it was shut on weekends and it was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday.

I decided I would just play the 30 euros on 5 euros a spin, my balance soon rose and when it was at 103 euros I was happy to leave it at that till I spoke to live help. Managed to speak to Live Help I was greeted with a different language so this really put me off. The reason I hadn't already made a deposit here is because I wanted to 100% make sure putting my money here would be safe. I asked for English and in all fairness it changed straight away.

What I found out was I need to gain a 'Baron' status which you get by making a deposit before you can withdraw. I was reassured that the site is legitimate by live help and they were very friendly. I was told the minimum deposit is 10 euros and I would have to email my documents including a copy of front and back of my card?? I was very dubious about this so questioned it further but was again reassured when I was told I could cover the middle numbers on my card and the 3 security digits on the back.

Anyway I have now sent my documents and made a deposit of 10 euros which worked out as £7.99 and I have requested a withdrawal of 103 euros which worked out as £82.37. I am currently waiting for this to go through but I have my fingers crossed.

Venice Games is an online gaming site primarily designed for Italian online casino players. The site is powered by World Match Limited, a blossoming instant-play game platform with games that are generally hard to find. The casino is licensed by the government of Malta and offers its services in both Italian and English. Due to regulations, Venice Games cannot accept US players at this time.

The largest category of games at Venice Games is slots. Whether you're looking for a traditional three-reel experience or the latest in five-reel video slots, Venice Games can satisfy. Their games encompass a number of different themes. Among the most popular titles at Venice Games are Diamond Croupier, Love Lab, Disco80 Slot, Spartan Glory, and Lucky Pets. Many of these games come in both single-line and multi-line formats.

Table game players can enjoy the most realistic experience possible at Venice Games. They feature a full live dealer lounge from the Casino di Venezia. Here you can find a real dealer around the clock to play a friendly game of roulette, blackjack, baccarat, or trente et quarante. Alternatively, you can play several virtual table games including several types of roulette and blackjack, along with Hi-Lo, Let 'em Ride, and baccarat.

Video poker players have a surprisingly diverse amount of games to choose from. Venice Games offers a total of 10 different variants, including Jacks or Better, Joker Poker (Kings+ or Aces+), Tens or Better, and Aces or Faces. Many of these games can even be played in a multi-hand format.

In our evaluation of Venice Games, we have found that they provide a decent level of customer support. During this time, you can count on getting your issues resolved within minutes.
