Let me tell you about Class1Casino... I use to play there and maybe spent 30,000USD before winning 65,000USD on Lotto Madness... so then I decided to cashout... When I spoke to Customer service about cashing out they said that they only payout 5,000USD maximum... and the counter would be reset to zero... That's all. I'm not surprised it closed down... I don't believe anyone was paid more than 5,000USD or equivalent if that is the case... The software company must have known that they were doing illegal business... be careful before playing at any casino. read the terms and conditions carefully and be sure that there are not many different locations to the company... good luck!

"Players with positive balance on their casino account are kindly asked to contact Class 1 Casino support on support@class1casino.com to be able to process their funds immediately."

We finally got the official statement from Class 1 Casino representative:

"We regret to inform you that Class 1 Casino has temporarily stopped accepting deposits and bets from all players, coming into action on October 11th, 2011.
This is a result of unilateral action of Playtech without any prior notice and at the same time grave breach of the contract from the side of Playtech. Throughout this action, Playtech has decided to shut down gaming servers and prevent all gaming activities in Class 1 Casino.

Class 1 Casino management has put a great amount of effort in resolving the matter by agreeing, but unfortunately with no success. This has taken longer than primarily expected, therefore we are informing you about this unenviable situation only now.

We are still taking legal actions in order to restore the gaming activities back to normal.
We understand your frustration on limited amount of information given throughout the past week from our side, but we wanted to make 100% sure that we have tried everything before alarming players and affiliates.

Further to the closure, we have already settled all obligations towards our affiliates for the past month and we guarantee you that all obligations for the current month will be fulfilled completely. We are also in the process of handling players who, by the time of the closure, had positive balance on their casino account.

We would like to apologize for any inconveniences and we are kindly asking you for your understanding. We sincerely hope that we will be able to cooperate again in the future and thank you for all your support in the past years.

Initially I received a message stating that the casino was running maintenance and to try again soon, I emailed the casino twice and first they stated that they where unsure when the maintenance would be completed and the second response stated that they would email me to let me know when things where up and running again.

I have just checked the casino now and there is a new message saying that i am unable to connect to the server :S

Does anyone know of any other playtech casinos that use the same support team as Class 1 please ?

We have contacted our manager that usually replies immediately, but there is no reply for a week. Definitely something is wrong here. I will keep you posted.
