City Tower Casino is licensed in the jurisdiction of Curacao, and unfortunately, they cannot accept players from the United States.

City Tower Casino's Playtech games are some of the most popular in the business. Video slot lovers will have a blast playing these ingenious and immersive slot games. The Marvel series of games, such as Iron Man 2 and The Incredible Hulk, are renowned across gaming communities on the Web for their action-packed design and large progressive jackpots. Players can enjoy dozens of other video slot and classic slot games, as well.

Support

Being able to get in touch with a casino representative is pivotal to any player's experience. In order to ensure that everyone's problems are resolved, City Tower Casino has implemented several 24/7 support functions. These include live chat, which is available in the downloadable casino client. Players can also call one of City Tower Casino's toll-free numbers, but these are only available to players in the UK or Canada. Other players can call with a charged number. City Tower Casino also has several e-mail addresses for different inquiries, which greatly helps in speeding up the support process. With so many choices, City Tower Casino's support is one of the fastest and most effective in the world.

Security and Fairness

In addition to having a good selection of games and a responsive customer support team, online casinos need to guarantee that their players will have a safe experience playing. As such, encryption is necessary. City Tower Casino has installed 256-bit SSL encryption on its servers, which is even more secure than that of most other online casinos. This guarantees that players will not lose sensitive information to cyber thieves.

Fair game is also incredibly important. City Tower Casino's motto is, "Game fairness is our priority." It makes sense, therefore, that they would be able to prove it. They regularly have global auditing company TST test the games and ensure that they are genuine and fair. This audit is readable to the general public by clicking the TST seal on City Tower Casino's website. Overall, we are very pleased with the level of precautions taken to keep players safe and satisfied.

Pros

  • Huge selection of Playtech games
  • Streamlined e-mail support
  • 256-bit SSL encryption
  • Visible audit by TST

Hi everyone! After my review on City Club Casino, I will now go over to its sister counterpart, the City Tower Casino. Once again, I just realised that players from my country are no longer accepted at the casino, but having said that, will existing players like me still be able to play or make deposits? I have not received any notification of this new restriction nor have I received any updates stating that I can no longer make deposits to play. Hmmm...I will have to go back into the casino and find out for sure...but first, I'll just wait for a 100% deposit bonus offer from them, which they do occasionally send to me by emails. Until such a time, I'll just go ahead with my review. ;)

I had come across the name City Tower Casino several times during my search for no-deposit bonuses, and I had always skipped City Tower because they weren't offering any free chips. It was only after I had closed my account at City Club Casino that I decided to give City Tower a try, not so much for anything else but purely to satisfy my curiosity! I just had to find out for myself if this sister casino was just as naughty as the other! A laughable idea, but I went ahead! Hehehe.

When I asked live support if City Tower was related to City Club, the answer was 'yes'. Okay, good enough for me. An honest answer with no bluff intended. Then I asked if City Tower was using the same pool of staff as City Club, and the answer was 'no'. Again a good honest answer, and I'm glad it wasn't a 'yes'. I would have just closed my account if so! But standing on their own feet puts forward a different picture of City Tower Casino, so I made my first deposit, took their 100% deposit bonus and proceeded with my games as I would usually do. Everything was similar to City Club, the game play I mean. The reels were paying on and off, free spins and feature games came on, but not in sufficient amounts for any wins. Still, it gave me a good feeling, an acceptable level of satisfaction, and a desire to come back and play. Now, this is important, because without a desire to return, it would be better to just keep the casino in the coldbox, or to close the account altogether. Instincts can be quite reliable at times! :)

To cut a long story short, from the day I signed up at City Tower Casino years ago, up to now, I have not a single complaint to put forward! Good deposit bonus offers would come occasionally, which I would take up whenever I could, live support was always quick and friendly, withdrawal period was standard for Playtech casinos (4 working days), and everything else was okay too. Anything lacking? Yes! City Tower Casino, somehow, lacks giving their customers surprise bonuses, or even monthly loyalty bonuses other than just Comp Points. This, I find, is a drawback for this otherwise good casino, which the management should have realised by now and taken improvement steps to move ahead. For me, I am still a member, even if only an occasional depositing member (due to lack of big bonuses or good incentives), and I will certainly continue playing at City Tower Casino for years more to come! :)

I joined City Tower Casino for their 100% deposit bonus that has great bonus terms with the x20 deposit + bonus criteria. I cashed in €45 and with the given money I could start with €90. (which means I had to place bets in total of €1800 to be out of the restrictions. It didn’t seem to impossible task to complete). I had so-so success with some familiar games like Panther Moon, Kong, Vacation Station and almost tried my luck on X-Men when I found out its jackpot feature provably would be against the bonus terms so I moved on and ended up at the randomly selected 20-line Halloween Fortune. At first sight it looked like Panther Moon. Very good graphics and great character and I also liked its dark, ominous atmosphere. I switched my line bets between €0.05 and €0.1 at the beginning and after a while the free spins activated and thanks to the witch dressed in blue it was 10 free games with x7 multiplier. It gave me back more than €80 so it was a good starting point. My balance slowly got bigger an bigger and after the next game session I thought I completed the wagering requirements, (but following the regrettable trend I experienced at some Playtech casinos they don’t have proper game history section where the players could see how much WR they got left) so I wanted it to be confirmed by the staff but to my surprise I didn’t find the option for live chat contact. No wonder as they don’t have this service so I had to connect with them by e-mail. They informed me that I still had almost €1000 to wager what I didn’t understand how it could be. On the next day like a child I manually counted all the stakes I placed and in the end of the day I wrote them a letter asking them about this again The response showed me the bets on this game counted toward the WR only 50% and not 100%. I was looking for answers in terms but I couldn’t find anything in this subject. I kept playing further this game and jumped into other slots too but it seemed the luck reserved for me took the day off and I lost my money.
I remember previously I’ve been in situation like this at other Playtech casino but I think it’s unfair to not communicate the terms properly or at all, or not showing a wagering contribution table for the game groups in their TOS. So I left City Tower with a bitter taste in my mouth and disappointed. Maybe it was just a mistake but my memories are not good, and I don’t think I will ever play here again.

Hello here is my next review from City Tower casino:
When I was on playing mood and wanted to try out some playtech casino I found the city tower casino bonuses what are is worth a try to first look. They had a welcome package with first deposit and reload bonuses. I would like to get them first deposit offer what is 100 percentages up to 300 euro, the wagering requirements from that bonus are twenty times so it wasn’t too high.
After I checked them web site I think they are a trustable ones because I didn’t heard bad things about them. I downloaded them software because at the instant play they didn’t had all of them machines. I installed the casino software then I registered to them. A little bit later I contacted with the live chat and asked about how I can claim those welcome bonuses. She told me it is credits me automatically if I made my first successful deposit.
I went to the banking page and made a deposit from 20 euro via by my neteller wallet. I get my bonus with my deposit too so I was able to play with 40 euro and 800 € play through requirements before I can make a withdraw.
I started to play with the original fantastic four with one euro stakes, I began to lose my money but when I almost went down to 15 euro I get the free spins two times in a row and started to collect some serious money. When I finished my free spins I had 89 euro. That wasn’t bad but I decided to leave it then I went to the artic fortune slot with the same bet. I get the bonus game after I lost about 52 euro but I picked the wrong ones and collected 19 euro from it. A few minutes later I went down to zero so I was a little bit disappointed and didn’t deposited to them ago.
Thank you!

I'm here to write about City Tower, a Playtech powered casino belonging to the likes of City Club and Crown Europe. City Tower is just a normal casino that doesn't make the experience any thrilling. There's no music or moving objects in the background, nothing to get the mood started for players like me. The feeling I get is just looking at an art piece of a vase with a flower in it. Nothing thrilling about that. Would be great to see an art piece of dogs playing poker or a meteor shower in action or something much more amazing for example. Now the problem with City Tower is there is no way to contact them on their website, only through an email. There is live support when I downloaded the casino. Now I don't know if they can be 24 hours but every time I log into the casino lobby they are their. I maybe running into hours where they do operate. Once inside the casino lobby an operator greeted me a welcome with asking if I know about the welcome bonuses. I don't know about them so I asked her if she could enlighten me about it. She gives me information that both the 100% and the 150% on second deposit can be claimed at a maximum $300 and wagering is 20 times both my deposit and bonus. She also checks if my account is in order, confirms that it is...then I asked her two other questions whether the bonuses can be automatic and if they can be taken out. She tells me with sincerity that bonuses are automatic but if I want to remove the bonus I would have to ask chat to complete that request. That's what I'm looking for in chat operators, straightforward to the point, quick and more helpful than expected! As I wasn't up for a challenging moment on wagers I filled my account with $43, for the minimum is $20 on City Tower. The chat operator was still with me so I asked that the bonus be removed from my account. She did it still with her warm personality and immediately removed the bonus. I haven't given the slot game Blade that much of a try so I opened it to see the video slot downloading for 2 minutes until it completed. Just so you know in my opinion ladies and gentlemen that Playtech games are the slowest in downloading, Microgaming games on the other hand can be much faster! I am placing $0.80 a spin here and plenty of random results come my way, less to nothing and more to equal my bets. I see $3.60 a lot when I get the split icon. The split icon on the last reel frequently shows up to allow my landing combinations a boost! This meant 5 symbols can turn into 6 symbols, yes ladies and gentlemen 6 winning symbols are POSSIBLE! Sometimes landing them without winning symbols can be wasteful. It can be annoying for that effort on a spin! Triggering the free spins after around 21 spins got me a bonus win of $4.80 for my $0.80 triggering bet plus 15 free spins that started me with an initial 5 times my winnings! Only 4 free spins got me 5 times the rest dropped lower to 4 and 3 multipliers then finally two. The last spin got me $3.60 with a split on 3 of a kind and in conclusion on the free spins I got $40.32! When returning to the main game gold coins started spewing out of nowhere because of this win. I extended my play on this slot for 2 hours more to get a total of $169.10 then I headed to Pharaoh's Secret, made $1.20 bets with the extra bet activated then I spun it for just a little over a hour....okay an hour and ten minutes lol. I lost $15 worth but gotten something larger based on main game winnings. The most I have won on a spin is $18 for 2 expanding wilds on Reels 2 & 3! There were unfortunately no free spins gained from my bets :( . I cashed out for the sum of $182.15! How is it that Blade made me lucky and Pharaoh's Secrets weren't parting with it's free spins? This was a duel for both good luck and bad luck fighting each other giving me this result and we all know that "good" always rules victory over a fight! I'd give my experience on City Tower a 7.6 out of 10!

I guess I will be the first person to make a review for City tower casino. During my time there what I first started doing is read up on their terms and conditions because I wanted to get to know what I was up against in in terms of bonuses and withdrawals. While reading them I discovered that the 100% match bonus up to $300 on your first deposit is subject to 20 times your deposit + bonus! So since I made a $100 deposit and received $100 bonus my wagering would total to $200 ($100 deposit + $100 bonus) x 20x = $4000! It maybe over by $1000 compared to 30x wagering but it can be done! As I kept reading the terms they also proclaim the withdrawal to be 20x your own deposit. Since my deposit is a total of $100 I am able to withdraw up to $2000. I will not say this is a big problem but it just discourages me from withdrawing a bigger amount than $2000. So if I had won $4000 I would only be able to take back $2000 after hours of pulling slots and playing my cards right! With this being said I was not discouraged not did it stop me from playing some good quality Playtech Slots. As i was looking through the list of video slots I played on a video slot called "Mr Cashback". It's one of those video slots that compensate for alot of things! For one thing this 15 Paylines cash themed video slot pays 50x your line bets whenever a payline doesn't result in a win. To that idea there are 15 chances to receive 50x your line bet. This feature compensates some or any losses I might of incurred during gameplay. The only bad part is if the circle indicator around each payline is blinking (to indicate that payline will pay out very soon) and a win on that specific payline occurs it will reset the circle meter giving me no return on my 50 spins. As I was still under Mr Cashback's enticing features I came across the Free spins feature in a matter of 30 spins. As I watched my free spins play out I noticed Wild gold coins were randomly placed on the reels in any position after each spin (sometimes nothing) to award me a number in which the coins will stay frozen for the duration of the free spins. "Wow! I didn't know the wilds could do that!" I said to myself in an enthusiastic voice. While the freezing wilds did it's rounds it created paylines of rich wild wins giving me Win's from $25 to about $75 . It kept going on and on until the feature ended. It's too bad special features like these can't be triggered over again. I took $160 from the free spins as well as additional cashbacks I encountered later on. As Luck was with me I continued until my wagering was cut short by 3/4 or 75%. All I needed to do now is continue on with 25% on the wagering so that i can reap the rewards of my work. Once I became tired of playing on Mr Cashback mainly because it stopped giving me ridiculous wilds I changed my game to King Kong and then Blackjack for $50 a bet. I later withdrew my $590! The best feeling in life is if you get lucky no matter what you decide to do or act upon!

My ratings for this casino are:

Support: 9/10
Terms and Conditions: 8/10
Deposits: 10/10
Payouts: 10/10
Withdrawals: 8/10
