Circus Casino is owned by The Genting Group and is one of the best Playtech casinos I have played on. I found Circus casino 2 years ago. It's image and appeal grabbed my desire for video slots and table games. As I did not want to make risks with my funds a bonus was not in the picture during my $100 deposit. For my first game I went to my favourite video slot Gladiator because it pays a handful of wins if you make combinations with wild helmets, hitting the Gladiator Helmet bonus and the most paying bonus in Gladiator is it's Coloseum bonus! At first the well known video slot was a little cold in paying out but then a few minutes later it suddenly starts spreading flames after a few sparks came in. Gladiator provided me 3 Helmet bonuses and 2 Colosseum bonuses during which in one of the Colosseum bonus it made me reach all the way to the top row bestowing me both the Extra scatter of the lady as well as a Queen letter for an extra wild. While briefly gazing upon the total earned Free spins of 8 Spins at 3x with Extra Wild and Scatter I felt some disappointed at first but that feeling shifted to a positive mood that is 5 times greater in an instant. The feature gave me $390 from getting extra scatters in combinations of 3 and 4 while landing Caesar on Reels 3 five times giving me extra spins of 15 more for 23 Free spins in total! It just kept going on and on with the Queen wilds and I especially love the fact the Extra scatters pay out alot. If it were Caesar as an extra scatter while landing in combinations of 4 and 5 (which are rare) than the payout and joy would be monumental by comparison! Now with a total of $466 (wins and losses included), speaking to live chat was incredibly fast, easy and professional! I waited for 4 weeks including weekends for my cheque to arrive in the mail. It could have been faster considering the facts that I had some problems trying to submit the documents via email because of it's file size. The best part of this is "Winner winner chicken dinner!!!!". A 9.5 out of 10 for Circus casino!

I have never has so much trouble at one casino as I did at this one last week. I was on the verge of opening a complaint on Ask Gamblers to be honest if my problem wasn’t resolved by the end of the week. This is what happened.

I made a deposit here, prior to chatting with someone on Live Help of £20, he informed me I would receive an instant match bonus of 100%, I made the deposit whilst on Live Help with him. After the deposit went through my balance was still only £20 so he kindly added the bonus manually for me and then I had the full £40. He also sent me a link to the terms and conditions of the bonus which I read through. All slots were included in the wagering and the total amount that had to be played through was 40 times the bonus and deposit. Great...so I thought.

I started off on the little slots like 'Highway Kings' and 'Silent Samurai' then went to the 20 line slots like 'Fortune Fortune' I was doing really well and got my balance up to just over £70. I checked my wagering just to see what I had done so far and it said I had done £98 approx..this seemed about right. I then started to play Fantastic Four 50 Lines as I always do and it was paying out so well...the best free spins feature I got paid me £112.54! That’s what I call free spins. I was playing it for ages with all the lines activated with a bet per line of 1p. My balance rose to over £150 this is where I decided to check my wagering again. It was saying the exact same amount!!!! This wasn’t right so I went onto Live Help. I also noticed that it said the wagering was £600 as opposed to £1600, which I wasn’t complaining about but I was complaining about the fact my wagering hadn’t changed. The person I spoke to at Live Help didn’t have a clue what he was on about, I could tell this from the very beginning. I checked to see what slots they had that were release before Jan and one of them was 'Gladiator'. So I checked my wagering before and then went and done 1 spin on Gladiator and checked my wagering after and yes it had taken it into account and it had come off the wagering. I then done the same with Fantastic Four and it didn’t take it off the wagering. I done this a few times with a number of slots and it was definitely the reason. All their slots that were released after Jan 2012 were not counting towards my wagering because the system obviously didn’t recognise them with the type of bonus I had been given. I contacted Live Help again (I really should be given a job here!) and I had to tell them what the problem was!!!!!!!!!!! They said they had to forward the case to their software team for it to be solved but would be within 24 hours. After 4 days of contacting them every day and being promised the same thing it was finally sorted and the correct bonus given ion my account. BY the time this happened I had already met the wagering of £1600 and had £60 in my bankroll. I would have normally carried on playing here with that balance because the slots paid out well but because of the fuss that had been made I just done a withdrawal straight away.
