They have a good selection of games. Payouts where within reasonable time.
The support is totally horrible. They cannot answer simple questions as my total losses lifetime and such. Keep referring me to VIP manager. To send email to this person and then wait fore ages for an answer? what is the point of the live support then? Been losing heavily here also, ask fore a bonus again chat cannot answer a simple question and refers me to vip manager.

If you play allot deposit elsewhere the customer support is useless. The loyalty scheme, xp points are also totally useless.. I'm 2 "planets" short of reaching the end of that xp thing.. And last time I "leveled" up I got a whopping 3 USD and most likely lost 5000 in the process.

Play elsewhere if u want good loyalty schemes and good support this site does not offer it.

I was extremely pleased to hear that Casino Room would be continuing to accept players from the UK after the launch of our "new improved" gambling commission a couple of years back. So many great casinos stopped accepting UK players and I waited with baited breath to hear if the places I deposited regularly would be telling me where to take my money ... overall I think the result has been positive though as the good guys, like this casino, now get all of my gambling budget - I haven't had a single confiscation or problem withdrawing over the last year or two though I attribute that as much to my careful attention to terms and conditions and playing by the rules as much as I do the UKGC's efforts!

I'm a little surprised to see so much negative press for this casino here at AskGamblers but I think we all know it is very difficult to please all of the people all of the time. I joined this casino quite some time ago. Took the 20 no deposit free spins and decided to make a deposit to claim the 100% bonus plus additional 180 free spins on starbust. I busted all the winnings from the free spins and bonus very soon. I made several deposits here but was never lucky to complete wagering or to withdraw any winnings.

This casino has a great game selection for sure and live chat is always available and ready to assist. They have a nice adventure type of system like casino heroes etc. You can win free spins as you enter different planets and progress in the adventure land and other prices too I guess. My favourite games on their website is NextGen, Netent and PlaynGo.
But that’s where it ended. First of all, I am disappointed that you can only progress in the adventure using real money. So when placing bets with bonus money you do not earn XP. You cannot play games from other providers like NextGen with bonus funds, as well as some Netent games has been excluded from playing with bonus funds.

Given these reasons you are so limited when playing with bonus funds which makes it difficult to meet wagering of x45 the bonus funds. Given the restrictions on bonus funds that I mentioned, I feel this casino should not lock real cash, which means a player should be able to withdraw whenever they want to if they strike winnings using their real cash first. I did not enjoy myself while playing at this casino, because I got so disappointed with the above rules, I sometimes just spin the reels to lose my money so I can forget about this casino and move on.

I don’t think I will be playing here in future. I would rate this casino a 4 out of 10 for the good game selection.

When I first came across this casino, it struck me as a little weird having a name like Room. Then I realized that it had socialising functions, which I wasn't interested in at all. I'm a player, not a socialiser. If I want to socialise, I would do it elsewhere not in a casino room.

When I signed up many years ago, Casino Room didn't have that much games to offer, so I wasn't really active then. As Room expanded with more games and more providers, my interest came back, began playing more regularly, and never looked back ever since! Now, it's one of my top favorite non-Playtech casino, losing slightly to Casumo in some aspects, but I cannot do without Room, for now.

Basically, Room has got some of my favorite games from different game providers, so this is good, and this keeps me coming back. I have won and lost numerous times playing these games, at one time getting ahead of the casino with my profits, but now back in the red. Still, I really hope to beat them again sometime in the future! Hehehe.

Payouts were a little slow at first, but have now improved slightly, within 1 day usually, but may take 2 days over the weekends. Okay, so the money people need some weekend breaks too, but we players, we do not want to take any breaks, if possible, especially when the going is good. We just wanna play, play, play, play, everyday with no time at all to shake it off! Borrowing a bit off my darling Taylor Swift there, hahaha.
Just as at Casumo, once I start racing, I would really race at it. I reached the final planet in just a matter of few months and have been there for about 1 year now, maybe more, with no further planet to go to.

Another similar stagnant situation for me at Room as at Casumo. I've also done a good number of the missions, almost completed all of them, but as new games came in, new missions were created. I hardly play these missions anymore nowadays, preferring to concentrate on my gaming instead. Even if I do finish all of them, I'll still be stuck at the final planet, so what's the point really? This is one aspect the management people at Room have not quite resolved, what and where to go next.

So in the meantime, I'll just play along and wait for something new and better to come up. If nothing happens, well, there are many new casinos out there that are speeding up in popularity. Sooner or later, Casino Room may be left far far behind, so watch out!!!

I signed up to casino room last year. They have loads of slots and a nice rewards system. Site looks OK and easy to navigate. They do have promotions almost every day and if they don't you can go to livechat and ask for a deposit bonus, you usually get one..

I'm not a high roller but I do play there on a weekly basis. I can not say anything about withdraw system because I never managed to cash out, also I never received free spins or good will gestures so can't say anything about that as well...

I will rate this casino an honest 8.5, because like I said before I did never cash out so never experienced the withdraw process .

I will anyway recommend this casino, I did had great fun there!

I've found an open ticket about this, our support provided you with the transaction history for the day, the system reports a failed deposit for $15, if this has been debited please send a screenshot of your credit/bank statement to support@casinoroom.com please write "For Omar" in the subject.

When a transaction fails it's still possible that the bank keeps the funds "reserved" for a while, but these must return after a few minutes, if this was not the case, we will be able to fix this with the bank statement.
Casino Room it is awesome place with outstanding service per my point of vision. I did not played in this casino many times, but luckily it was more than enough for me to check it just couple of times and feel myself very good about this place.

First of all they have brilliant looking website with very nice selection of games.
