After chatting a few minutes, I realized that the person in front of me was completely mistaken, even more hitting wide the mark. The customer support representative was absolutely unable to respond to the simplest issues such as: “What is your current offer on the sign-up bonuses?”. He was not aware of anything and responded very vaguely. When he didn’t know how to respond, He showed me copy- pasted information that were absolutely insignificant and had nothing to do with what I was looking for.
A while after, I said to myself that where there is smoke there is fire. This incident made me finally took the drastic decision to not join BetCRIS. I think that it is with good reason that this casino has a bad reputation. I therefore advise all those who want to play and have a good time on a reliable online casino to imperatively avoid BetCRIS, otherwise you are only going to waste your time and your money. There are hundreds virtual places where you can play safely and benefit from excellent services.
Hello everybody. I hope this finds you well. As you probably found out from my recent reviews, I have decided that this month I will try one new casino each day. Today it was BetCRIS Casino. It is funny, because my name is almost the same as the name of the casino .
I see that the games are powered by 21GNET software. I never heard about it, but I am a noob in this domain anyway.
Their website does not look very professional. Many images related to football, (almost) naked girls near foot balls etc. It Is really hard for me to distinguish and find anything on the website. I clicked on one of their promotion and I was redirected to their promotion page, which is also not very helpful. I see that the casino is only for poker and roulette (correct me if I am mistaken).
I try to deposit 20$ but everything is just so confusing! I can’t find anything on their website. I talk to their support team, but did not get any concise answer about my bonus. After I get angry I let go of my thought of getting a bonus and I start playing. I find the slots (under Casino- Play free Casino Games- slots). They have 10 types of slots, in total about 30 slots. All of them are very low quality and look like they were designed by my 9 year old brother
Of course I lost my 20$- lucky me there were only 20! And say to myself that I will never, ever should I play again on this casino.
I would never recommend this casino. Everything about it is bad and completely unprofessional.
