Last night I took the final decision to close my account at this casino and now I will tell you why! The first and most important reason for my decision was the confusing bonus system, used by this casino. For example – deposit 100, get 100 bonus, have to wager the bonus 35 times. But this must be done with the deposit money or in other words if your balance drops below 100 you are in a trouble and have to deposit again and again until you manage to clear the used bonus wagering requirements! What a stupid bonus policy, I really don’t know how the marketing in this casino is expecting to attract new customers with such terrible bonus terms:(! The next reason is connected with the live support – it is beyond reasonable timeframes to wait several minutes for a single answer and on top of that it is always one and the same person, called Mark, although there are several hours in day, this kind of support is unavailable! Hey, Bet-at, are you trying to offer a live support to your customers, consisting of a single man?!!! But the worst part of all was the software, or to be more precise – its reliability and its odds! I don’t believe it is normal to offer your clients a starting denomination of 0.05 per single line! On top of that I made exactly 565 spins on the a slot, called 300 Shields on the minimal bet of 1.25!!!(0.05x25lines) before I get my first free spins feature !!! and on top of the top it didn’t count some of the shields that appeared during this feature and right after that the game spit out some kind of a “error message ” and closed immediately and I didn’t have the chance to write down the number of the spin! But the biggest joke was when I tried to find out what and why was happened!
