24kt gold Casino is run by Playtech, it has all the usual games you would find on any normal Playtech casino and also has an instant play version.
The reason i am writing this review is because of the financial losses i incurred here.
I was offered a free £10 no deposit bonus and that was the reason for registering, was a good idea to offer me that coupon as it has brought 24kt gold a small profit from me.

After receiving the free sign up money, i played some slots and lost the money, fair enough you can't always win.
But the next day i decided to have a nice long sleep as i had no work that day, my sleep was going nice and soundly until my phone started buzzing prominently.
I picked up the phone, the person on the other side was from 24kt gold Casino.
I mentioned how i was sleeping comfortably but they didn't give a toss, their main priority was to tell me how i could benefit from a 100% deposit bonus, i was beginning to hit rage mode.
I hung up the phone (politely), made a coffee and decided to investigate this casino.

I was thinking, why would they call me up, they must have thousands of customers.
Does my name sound rich?
I had money to spare and decided to take the plunge and put a £30 deposit into my account.
I claimed the 100% bonus and started gambling my £60 balance on Top trumps world cup stars, a 15 line football themed slot game where the symbols are made up of footballing legends with the greatest footballer to date being the wildcard.
This slot also has 2 bonus rounds, both consisting of free spins depending on which symbols land on the first and last reel.
I lost my deposit and bonus after a short while playing £1.50 per spin.

The next day i got a phone call again from the same people, seems they must be thinking they found a right fool.
They told me how i could claim a 2nd deposit bonus.
Correct me if i'm wrong here but is it not true that a casino shouldn't need to encourage you in such ways by contacting you like this?
I have registered on hundreds of online casinos, never have they called me up in person to offer me a deal, much easier to send an email with their offers attached to the email.
I ignored their offer and stayed away from the site for a few days.
I received a phone call from them again (3 times now) and this time they caught me at a bad time, i told them very promptly to get stuffed and that i would deposit when and where i feel like.

This casino may have a great selection of games and easy to contact support (they respond to live chat within 1 minute) but this seems like a desperate for customers type of casino.
Not my type.
If you prefer to gamble without being pressured to take up on certain offers then this casino is not for you.
I am yet to make a withdrawal and may never attempt to.
Although if anyone does make a safe withdrawal i would appreciate a short message letting me know as it would be helpful incase i do decide to play here again.

Thanks for your time, i would give this site an overall rating of 5/10
They are hiding something methinks.

I was surprised to see the warning sign that is at the top of this page the other day when I came on here. It says that this casino and other casinos within its group which are, Golden Palace Casino, Flamingo Casino and Grand Online casino have a very poor customer service and even more shocked to see that complaints are being completely ignored. Playtech Casinos have got to be one of the most popular and well known casinos there are this is not the type of warning you would expect here. I have played at numerous Playtech casinos during my whole online gambling experience and while I cant say all of them have been a pleasure to play at, I genuinely did not have any problems here.

I signed up to their casino via their instant flash player and their home page advertises a free £10 no deposit required. After registration I noticed there was no money in my account so I contacted Live Help. They were available immediately to deal with my request. I informed them of the situation and they checked for me and advised me that I was unable to receive the free £10 here as I had claimed it at one of their sister casinos...which was actually Golden Palace. This was obviously my fault, I just rushed into the registration without even looking at the terms and conditions and I should have known better really. That was that anyway and I didn’t think any more of it, then a few days later I received an email saying they had credited my account with a free £5. It came with a wagering requirement of 50 times and it had a maximum withdrawal of £200, also a minimum deposit of £10 would need to be made before you can withdraw.

I regularly receive a free fiver from these guys, they simply inform me by email and its there in my account waiting for me. I have always found this casino a great place to play and a safe environment, whilst I have never made a deposit here I would have no problem making one before the warning message. It has now given me second thoughts but makes me question why are Playtech Casino ignoring customer complaints. These casinos make a fortune off us players, those who cannot be bothered to reply are simply not worth playing at! How opinions can change in the matter of minutes!! lol
