Zodiac casino - winnings confiscated

Hello! i' ve made an account at zodiac! i ve deposited 1$ and get 20$ bonus after i met the wagering requirements i have withdrawed 400$ and they told me that i ve broken the TCs and i have multiple accounts and my founds were confiscated and they sent me 1$ in my Moneybookers account! but i didn;t break the rules: 1) made my account from my personal computer - no one made another account from this computer 2) claimed the bonus from the same computer - no one claimed the bonus from this computer 3) wagered the bonus from same computer - after this all my balance was withdrawable - so the bonus was completed - no one done this from this computer 4) logged in casino account from other computer - here it can be someone who played before me - but i didn't claimed any bonus from this computer!

If you travel and play on line from your hotel room (even on your own laptop), it is very possible that someone else once stayed in that hotel and also played, thus having the same IP, but that would not mean you are defrauding the casino in any manner.

now after 1 week of writing emails and have no answers from them, they have sent me 1$ in my moneybookers account but i have withdrawed 400$. can you please help me!!! i wanna prove that i didn't broke the rules and i want my money that i win!!!

I have an answer from Kahnwake Gaming Commision which told me that they have solved the case about my withdrawall and that Casino Rewards and Zodiac casino agreed to pay my withdrawall.

So i am waiting for the money and i hope the case will be solved.

I will post reply here to close this complain when i will have the money in my account.....so now i am waiting.....

Since player is in touch with KGC who is in touch with the risk management department, there is nothing more for me to investigate.

KGC told me that Zodiac casino agreed to pay my withdrawall in the past weekend, but i didn't received any money until now and they don't even answer to my emails for 3 days.....

i don't know what to do....i have no sign from them....

i am waiting one more day because a withdrawall using moneybookers can take up to 48 hours as it is said on their T&C's, and if i don't receive my money or an answer to my emails until tomorow, we can proceed further with this complaint!

The player was paid yesterday. Please close this complaint.

Complaint will be considered as resolved.

Player can get back to us if not receive the funds and we will be able to reopen this case.
