Las Vegas USA Casino - Won $14,000 Jackpot, But Casino Won't Pay

I have won during August while playing their welcome bonuses package $14,670 . I hit the random jackpot and completed the required wagering requirement for the 400% bonus I received.

They sent emails asking for documents, I spoke to them on the phone and sent all the documents required.

They told me everything is ok and I am due to be paid but no payment so far.

They sent me the following email hoping I will not be able to provide it

1- Notarized copy of your new Mauritian National Identity Card, if you do not have it please send us a notarized copy of you Passport.

Once we receive the document we will proceed with your payout.

I sent them the notarized iD and they may contact the lawyer to verify it, but they closed the account and not paying and not replying, very bad people.
