Circus.be Casino - Won't process withdrawal

I joined this site a few weeks ago and deposited a lot into this site, I never used a bonus and I had a win and have made a withdrawal request for the amount of €700.00 they requested my documents which I sent straight away, it has now been almost a week and the withdrawal hasn't even been processed, I must have emailed them about 8 times now and everytime I ask what's going on they reply wirh the same pre written rubbish saying they are waiting for a reply from the relevant department, I don't believe they have any intentions of paying me my money.

I have now emailed them 20+ times and get the same response everytime "there waiting for a reply from the relevant department" I asked to speak to a human and they said they don't have a phone number.

This case has been reopened as per Circus.be Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more chance with the hope that both sides will reach to a satisfactory resolution of the dispute.
