ComeOn Casino - Won't let me withdraw £1501

I am using ComeOn! I have won £1501 and I have tried to withdraw my funds after my documents have all been verified. However the money was put back into my account and I received more emails telling me to upload my personal documents (which I already have done and they've been verified). I have also had no response on either of my emails nor can I get access to their live chat as it says it's closed

There was one missing document that we can see was approved after you had posted this complaint. We are sorry that the e-mails that was sent you regarding your documents did not inform you of this. We can see that withdrawal was completed on the 6th of September and apologies again for the confusion regarding your documents.
