I requested a payout over a week ago and they required more info...so I sent it. They have ALL my info. I call customer service and they tell me they can put winnings on my card. Today I get this email...
"Unfortunately, we cannot send payments back to a credit card.

We would like to offer you an alternative payment method which would allow us to transfer funds to your bank debit card.
You may opt for this method for future payouts. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your current payout via this method, but it will be a convenient option going forward.

This option is the easiest and simplest way for the customers to receive your funds thru a debit card that must be linked to a valid checking or savings account with a bank (prepaid or gift cards are not valid).
Name of the bank issued the card.
Please keep in consideration , we cannot ensure this method will be used to send your payment.
What we need from you:

-Clear copies of the debit card (front and back) to which they want to receive funds.
Copies of the documents need to be emailed directly to: ([email protected]) designating that you want your payment to be sent to your debit card, including your username and casino.
-Also a clear copy of ID (if already sent then is not necessary)
Important:
All our withdrawals take between 7-10 business days to be approved and additional 7 business days to be sent after approval.
And an additional time frame to provide us with the payment details which depends on the third party processors.
