Won progressive slot jackpot, but,Crazy luck Casino now says problem with my account

Dear Sirs

I have been playing at Crazy Luck for about a month or so, and last night won the progressive slot jackpot.
I contacted them immediately via chat and they told me I could withdraw after 12 hours. I went online today and tried to withdraw and it told me the sum was too large. I won $21,000.

I again contacted the casino and they said there was some issue with my account, and they'll get back to me. I am feeling very insecure and do not feel that they are being forthcoming with me and I feel they won't honor the payout.

I have played completely fairly and honestly and I am not feeling good about how they are dealing with me.

I have screen shots of the chat with "Henry", and the win and my balance in my account.
I have already sent them the faxback forms, and I just received another email requesting them (I will oblige this afternoon).
