I got a $10 free chip offer via email today. redeemed today. played and won. 10x play and 10x max cashout. I went to cashout and the only options had a $200 minimum with a $25 fee. talked to support. asked to make the balance playable, or to waive the minimum but they refused. other cashout option is "down for maintenance" and has been for weeks. no estimate of when it will be (if ever) available again. This leaves no means of cashout. possible. I think it was dishonest to send the code out if they knew I couldn't get any money if I won. I'd like my $100 please.

Hi bkechley, we are sorry if you feel you did not get the service you expected to get from us and this is in no way an experience we wish to offer our players.

However, we are unable to alter the cashout limits or fees associated with said cashouts so we have limited options there. Looking at the notes on your account the CS agent was looking at ways to help you, but the chat session stopped receiving a response from you and was terminated as a result.

I will however pass on your comments to our promotions team to see if we can improve offers going forward should they fall short of customer expectations.

You state that the representative was looking at "ways to help me" but let's be honest - a all they told me is that I would have to wait until the card force option was available, and could give me no estimate of when that would be, if ever. I was the one asking for various ways to resolve the situation but was told no to all my suggestions for resolution.
