I won today 45000SEK and after 60 min they removed my winnings telling me there are more then 1 ip registered with this account.

I started my account the 3rd of march 2016 and i had one win the same day 22415SEK then i have played without any winnings then i won again the 18th september 8025 and Everything was payed out, now 2 Days later i won again 45000SEK and they are telling me there are more then 1 ip registered to this account, please help me out //Ida

What evidence ? iam a player that deposit Money into sugarcasino, didnt activate any bonus and read all the rules about how much i can bet etc...... how can you say i have more account ? anyhow do you Think i register many account and not playing with bonus just for fun to not get my Money ?

Game pattern? I cant see anywhere in the rules were it says I can't login from different ips when not playing with bonus. And I played just one game.

Is it against the rules to play a casino game on your site?

Is it against the rules to bet whatever I want?

Is it against the rules to play without bonus?

Is it against the rules to login from iPad/PC/MAC/IPhone because all of them has different ips, please change the rules if it's like that.

It is not against the rule to play casino games on our website, neither is betting whatever you want or playing without bonus or even accessing your account through different devices and IP address.

However, we allow ONE account per player/household/ID address/credit card and this rule has been breached. Your account is related via multiple IP address to other accounts and you are even sharing the same game pattern (exactly the same games played on over 700 games available) which lead to the conclusion that your account is definitely related to those others.

Following our investigation and the breach of our T&C, winnings have been seized and your deposit amount has been refunded.

All evidences have been forwarded to Ask Gamblers and we will wait for their own investigation.

If I start more accounts, how do I take advantage playing without any bonus? And who is that dumb to do such a thing?

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Sugar Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had shared IP with more than one account, by that act player breached casino terms:

One account per player

We allow only one (1) account per person, household, e-mail address, credit card etc. If more players wish to use the same account, exceptions can be made after proving the identity of all the connected account users.

If multiple players wish to play in our casino from a shared computer environment (dormitories, fraternities etc.), we strongly suggest they all contact our support before making multiple accounts to avoid unnecessary security procedures.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In a case of a disagreement with our decision we remind the player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for Sugar Casino.
