NetBet Casino - Withholding payment

I have attempted to withdraw £750 upon this request I was requested to submit my ID and bank details to verify my identity. I have done this several days ago but have received nothing but automated email responses saying my details will be checked. I have made several attempts to call NetBet but am on hold for in excess of 40 mins with no answer. Is there a gambling ombudsman I can report this matter to?

The complaint has been reopened as per NetBet Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give this case one more try and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory resolution.

I have personally checked your case and noticed that as soon as your documents have been validated, your withdrawal requests were processed.

Normally all of the funds withdrawn should be in your possession now. Thus could you please confirm that everything has been sorted out now?
