All slots are withholding my winning because i used my father of my children's card to deposit with his consent I provied all the documents they needed such as consent letter from him and his ids also mine and they said everything is fine and funds will be in my bank withing 24 hours then after the 24hrs I checked my bank still was no funds so rang them asked to speak to the manerger and she said they have confiscated my winning because I used a card that wasn't mine linked with the account even no I provied every bit of proof they requested I feel scammed and just want my winnings that I'm entitled to the amount of $650 so please accept this complaint hope I've explained it better thank you Emily ******

Hi Emily,

I checked with our Financial Department to understand what happened.

The terms & conditions of the casino do not permit players to use payment methods that are not in their own name. So even though you had permission from the cardholder, the casino does not permit you to use that card. That's why the deposit had to be refunded, and the winnings voided.

The casino's terms and conditions state:
4.1 In consideration for the rights granted to you to use the Casinos, you expressly represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:
...
4.1.5 you are the true and lawful owner of the monies with which you deposit and wager at the Casinos and/or you are duly and properly authorized to utilize such monies in the Casinos;

The documents you were requested to submit were not meant to facilitate your withdrawal; they were to verify that the card had not been stolen, and to enable the casino legally to refund the deposit amount to the card, which was done. The casino is not allowed to process a transaction to a credit card without the permission of the cardholder, so we needed these documents in order to follow financial security guidelines.

I hope this clarifies what happened.

But I tranferrrded the funds to his account because my card account was in debit so I tranferr $20 from saving to his card if I have to provide u with his and my bank statments to prove that I will so legally the $20 off his card that I used was my money anyway I think it's so wrong how u have done this other people have done it and recived there funds by reding all the bad feedback about all slots I just want my winnings if I have to provide my bank statement with the date on it to prove I transferred from mine to his to use the card I will

Dear All Slots Casino,

We have been informed and presented evidence from submitter that all relevant documents proving the fact she had written consent on behalf her children father to use his card. If that's the case, then player could not be accused in breaching term 4.1.5 from your terms and conditions, because she can prove she was authorized to use the monies.

Thank you gambeles help I have not breached anything I have all relevant documents and have proof and have father of my children's permission and can provide bank statements that will show I transferd the money from my savings to his card account and it was deposited from his card into all slots all that proof will be on stamtments I can also provide any other evidence u need

Hi Emily, thanks for your patience. Here is where the casino stands on the matter:

- When you joined the casino, you must have been aware that we do not accept credit cards or payment methods that are not in the player's name, and you were also informed of this by the casino.

- You should have received a standard communication from the casino when the card you were using was locked on your account unless you are unsubscribed from our mailing list.

- Regarding our terms & conditions, when we say that "...you are duly and properly authorized to utilize such monies..." we mean authorized by the bank. Banks do not allow for third party usage of any cards, and we apply the same rule.

- The documentation we required from you was in accordance with our financial security policy in case there should be a dispute on the charge. This documentation was not meant to imply that such authorization would be sufficient to allow for a break of the term.

- The deposit has already been refunded in accordance with casino policy.

I was not aware I was told to provide the documents so use could deposit the winnings no one told me about I can't use father of children's card till the day the money was supposed to go in I gave u all evidence and when I rang everyday use told me everything was fine and finds had been paid then next day I rang because the funds wernt there and then use tell me use have confiscated and yes I no you have returned the original $20 but would like the rest of my money that I won $630 this is a joke just give me my winnings please I'm not a fraud at all in anyway im a single mother and I won money and now use Are withholding my winnings
