Karamba Casino - Withholding Cash Out Beyond The Advertised Time Frames

Hello,
I submitted a withdrawal request on Friday 30/09 for £200. I understand that weekends do not count towards the 48hr pending time, but it is now Wednesday 05/10 - So well over the 48hr allowed time to which the status should of changed to 'Processing.'

I have since submitted another withdrawal request on 04/10 for £290 but i am now worried that i will have to go through this rigmarole every time i want to make a withdrawal.

I have uploaded all relevant identification, as requested - which i only found out i needed to submit when i contacted Karamba and spoke to someone whos English wasnt all that great and ended every sentence with ':)'
but I have now been told it will be another 48hrs?!
