Royal Vegas Casino - Getting the run around with a withdrawal

Royal Vegas received my documents Saturday and said it would be 24-48 hours for them to be processed through security. When I looked at my account today they had recredited the $250.00 I had won to my account. When I spoke to a live agent on chat he said I had to withdraw again as the processessing of the documents could take 78 hours and we would have to wait for the verdict. The verdict is this some kind of joke. You win money and they make you send all this personal information and then make a decision if they are going to give it to you. That is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard. I looked today and they are all over Rip off Report. How can these people still be in business. I am sick and with the little spare money I have I enjoy having a bit of fun and they have turned it into a complete nightmare. I cannot let them think this is ok to take people's personal information after they win and send far than more is necessary only to have to wait for a "verdict". I don't like the fact they have this kind of power and they need to be accountable

We have repeatedly requested you to send us a copy of an identification (it does not need to be a driver's license) and an utility bill in order to process your withdrawal.

Once we receive it and it has been verified your withdrawal will be paid without delay.

I have sent my documents twice. A bank statement showing the withdrawal taken from your casino. My bank card front and back, My BCID front and back, my handy dart card, my Telus bill. I even sent them one at a time the second time around. I got confirmation they were received yet still continue to get the run around

As you said you had requested on several occasions that I send my documents which I had and you had confirmed but recredited my account anyways, I was told to resend all documents again this would be actually I don't know how many times now. I resent them yesterday only to get an email last night stating they had been declined by the security processing department. I sent the exact same documents to a friend and they were clear as could be. The strange thing is this morning I get yet another email showing the document as I sent them one by one stating they had received them and they would be processing them and please allow 24 to 48 hours. This is what I have been hearing since you received the original ones on the 19th of November and you are not giving me the run around

I have now submitted documents in PDF, JPEG added a Revenue Canada letter I got last week. I am told they get the documents one minute and the next minute I am told they have not and this has now been going on for far too long please help me. These people are impossible to deal with

I got yet another email from Royal Vegas this morning saying they did not receive my documents. They are making me very angry 😡 now. I resent them in a smaller very clear format and sent a blind copy to myself and a friend. I will be sending no more documents. I have spoken with a few people who themselves have had problems with this casino and are willing to go public with me. I see no other choice at this point. My 24-48 hours keeps turning into 500
Hours and I am sick to death of playing games with these people

I refuse to have these ongoing emails going. The documents are clear and I received them and my friend received them. I have a serious respiratory infection which they have had to put me on high doses of medication for as I have an upcoming procedure. You people have not helped by causing me so much stress and grief. I am giving you 48 hours to release my winnings or all hell is going to break loose. You are crooks and have no problem taking my money but when it comes to paying out it is a God awful experience

A few days ago I received an email from you saying my documents none of them were accepted because I had taken a screenshot of my Telus Bill why that would be a reason to have to resend everything is baffling to me and then only to get another email not even an hour later stating you received nothing. How does it feel to do this to innocent people

Now they have no information on me at all as my account is closed which according to one email would take 30 days. Someone has offered to help but I have heard this before. I will admit to trickery on my part when it came to taking a screenshot of my Telus just to see what the outcome would be and the proof is in the pudding as they say. Time is ticking. My friend is sorting all the emails I printed as there are many and we want to get the most important ones in place when we take them to publicize them. This should be interesting and will without a doubt deter anyone from this horrific site. I have given up hope of ever seeing my winnings but I have not given up on justice
