Slots of Vegas Casino - Withdrawl not sent

I made a withdrawal on 3/10 from Slots of Vegas for $1,000 and on 3/31 it was confirmed that the payment was sent to the processor. I have been in contact with them and they keep telling me my payment will arrive any day (since 4/15) and it's now 4/29 and I have not been paid. I called to speak with someone else and they confirmed that my payment has been approved but they have not sent it out to be paid. They have lied to me for the past month stating they have sent my payment out. Would you please help me get this resolved.

Hi wiguyinla,

I've had a look at your account and I do see that your wire was sent to our processors and has been confirmed as being sent.

I would expect you will see the payment in your account in the next day or so.

If you would please reply to this thread when you receive the payment, I'd appreciate it. ;-)

It's been two business days (Tuesday and Wednesday) and the money has still not been sent.

Another day and still no winnings. it's now the 25th day since you told me the money was sent (which I later learned was a lie) and I still do not have my winnings. We are now going on 42 business days and 56 total calendar days since I requested the withdrawal.

Would someone please answer and help me out - I haven't received a response since the early morning last Tuesday and I still have not received my winnings. We are now going on 44 business days and 59 total calendar days since I requested the withdrawal. Would you please respond and get this taken care of and send me my winnings. Last Tuesday you said I should have it in a day...that was 4 days ago.

Hi wiguyinla--

I'm so very sorry--I read the note on your account and what I saw as a confirmation of the sent wire, was actually confirmation that we issued the order of the wire to our processor. When I looked yesterday (Monday), I saw my error and immediately contacted our Finance Department. Finance contacted our processor for the status and was told that the wire was issued yesterday (Monday). With this, I'd imagine you'll see the funds in your account before the end of this week.

I cannot apologize enough for my mistake in this--I honestly don't know how I goofed this up.
