Withdrawl from Slots of Vegas Casino

I submitted for withdrawl on August 4 and it was Approved on August 17th. Here is is September 5th and I still have not gotten a tracking number yet. Is it typical to have to wait more than 30 days to receive payment from this casino. I have someone there that I have been speaking with and she is nice, but I need my money and I enjoyed playing, but I don't know if its really worth the hassle if it takes all of this to be paid.
