888 Casino - Withdrawal delayed

I had placed a withdrawl to be processed on 14th of April, and according to the sites withdraw timeframes, I should have received the money by now... I had spoke with an 888casino worker through their chat, over a week ago, they said that I will for sure receive the withdrawl amount by 29th-30th of April. I still haven't received it. I spoke also yesterday with someone through the chat, and they couldn't give me a concrete reason as to why the withdrawl isn't even being processed and that they would forward the information to the transfer team(i should receive a reply from them in 48 hours, so latest tomorrow). I find this to be quite disappointing because the site says that the withdraw timeframe should be longest 11 days I believe. And now who knows how much longer this will take... Very disappointing.
