Hi,

I've been trying to make a withdrawal now for weeks. I have provided my passport, bank statement, utility bill and been over and back with Max Fred and Carl. The last contact I had was when I sent in my bank statement and I was told that it was received, then I looked yesterday and the funds that were pending were back in my account! I like the casino and putting money into my account was no problem the games are fun and far but the guys seem to be making it very very hard to withdraw my funds. I just want confirmation that the withdrawal I have at the moment will go through OK!

Hi Sacha,

Thanks to you an Mo for contacting me yesterday. I'd like to leave this open until I receive the funds. The withdrawl was sent to my account as you said on 30th April so hopefully I should have it soon!
