Mermaid's Palace Casino - Withdrawing problems

i won on mermaids palace casino on free tournament some 10 dollars. wagering demand was 100x of that money. i wagered that and i they said that i can withdraw my 140 dollars i was left with. i withdraw it. then here comes the problems, they nedded my id card,my credit card copy , utility bill and some statement that they send me. i call them and told them that phone bills electricity bills are on my fathers name because i live in his house and they said to me that i need to send them a bill on my fathers name with my adress seen and my bank statement. so i send them my credit card copy my id card copy ma fathers phone bill i even send my car insurance bill on my name with my adrees i send them also few bank statements that bank sends me every month about my income and expanditure. it take ten mails of course and few pfone conversation with them to send them this. after i send completely everything that i possibly have in my couse 20 days ago nobody wont answer to my mails and wont call me to my cell phone. what should i do? if this is not enough things to confirm my identity then this casino ir really rediculus.

i understand that but i send them everything 16 days ago and you dont answered. while i was mising some documents you were answering on my mails and told me what is missing and what i need to send more. finally when i was send everything that i possibly can send from my house at least 15 attachments then nobody sends me any mail or contact me.

they called me two hours ago and verified my account an said that they send me feedback about my withdrawing.

they said it is all ok and mrs. margaret will send me today or yesterday feedback about my withdrawing of course nobody sends me anything and i send them two mails allready,

I believe this issue has been resolved as I was informed by the accounts team that the withdrawal has been approved. Kindly wait for further information from them. Rest assured you will be getting updates from accounts team regarding the transfer of your funds.

you can believe what ever you want but after this agony of 3 months trying to get money that i won i will believe only when you send me e mail when the money will be on my account.

i withdrawing to skrill what would happen if i want it like bank card it should at least 30 days nafter aproved i think this is very very slow after 3 months waiting
