Withdrawels with Rival Casinos

Hi!

Is anyone else having a problem with receiving their withdrawels from Rockbet and Dendera Casinos? After waiting 7 days for the funds to be deposited, I contacted Live Chat and this was their response: I'm afraid there has been certain unforeseen delays with cashouts this week. Our accounting is working hard to correct this as quick as possible. Unfortunately I cannot say when the cashout would be paid exactly. Most likely early next week. I hope it can all be done sooner.

This players withdrawal is still pending to be processed. From what I can tell it has been 5 banking days and I have been told there are delays at the moment with QuickTender payments. Customer support have been advising all players who have been subject to delays including  this player. Accounting should have an update for this player in particular later today.
