Casino Midas - Still waiting for my second payment

I had 2 transactions , each one for Euro 200 from Casino Midas to my bank respectively. December 7th and 9th December I only received one. Midas has asked me to send bank statements from my bank. I mean it's Casino Midas to document that they have inserted the money to my bank account?

I have sent a print screen from my bank to you . I believe that it is you who must prove that you have inserted the money to my bank account . When I received the documentation from you , I examine in my bank , why money is not deposited into my bank account .

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one last chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that your payment was successfully processed. Please confirm.

We are still working with player's bank and our processor to locate the missing withdrawal.
Player has cashed out several times in the past and we are committed to making sure that she receives this withdrawal as well.

Casino Midas has received account statements for December 14. I still waiting for the payment?

We are working directly with the player on this issue, however we depend on 3rd party (2 banks and processor) to resolve this issue completely.

They will have several statements and I have spent so much time getting my second payment. Now I think it's enough so I asked them to close the case and my account at Casino Midas.

Dear Ask Gamblers,
As the payment was confirmed as paid by our processor, and player was sent the proof, we are unable to ask for a re-payment before we can explain to our processor what happened to the first one and to do that we ask for player's full cooperation.

We respect player's choice not to follow the process and leave it an open issue should she change her mind in the future.

Dear Ask Gamblers,
Player did'nt respond to our our emails or yours, evidently is unwilling or unable at the moment to provide our processor with proof that payment was not received and again - player will be able to re-open this case any time in the future. Until then this complaint should be resolved.
