I had a withdrawals approved on 1/28/16 and one on 2/3/16. The time lapse is way beyond the timeframe states for withdrawal. I have contacted them multiple times and I just get some run around answer. Still no checks received. Can you please help me get my withdrawals? Thank you!

As I mentioned in your Planet 7 posting, that payment has already been shipped off to processing and I'm just waiting on the tracking info.

Due to velocity limits, we have to wait a few more days to process this payment, but I expect this will be sent off no later than Monday, next week.

I'll keep you informed as I receive updates.

I've been hearing this same story for weeks. Their site says payment would be issued with 10 days after it was approved.
