Winner Casino - Withdrawals still not paid

I have requested two withdrawals for R19000 and R 11000 and I have not received any payments and they say it has been approved and processed. After reading all the complaints, I am very concerned because I did huge amounts of deposits. I am now waiting 5 days. I am so close to asking my bank to return all my deposits. Please help urgently

I was paid the R19000 but the R11000 has still not reflected since 17/04/2015. I am not happy at all because in South Africa its a long weekend and Monday 27 April is a public holiday. So now I must wait until next week Tuesday. So annoyed they take a second to debit my visa card when I do deposits but take so long to pay people back. So all in all this may take 12 days if it arrives on Tuesday next week. I gambled at casino.com previously and my winnings were very fast. I am waiting for my money and I doubt I will ever gamble on this site ever again

It is now the 28 April 2015 and the R 11000 is still not in my account. What a waste. People want to win and not beg for there money. I gambled maybe R 30000 from my bank account so I really don't deserve this

Now that they have paid me so late 29/04/2015...I asked that they permanently lock my account. I refuse to gamble on this casino anymore. Please assist in locking my account. I asked 4 times and they are forcing me to keep it open
