Withdrawals from Rome Casino

I have repeatedly requested to be paid what is due and have been told that the maximum I can receive is $2500 every two weeks, is this true - I feel blackmailed and held to ransom the only way I have been told that more can be transferred is if I deposit more - the reality is that I never receive my winnings - all I want to do is get my winnings back and close the account, can you help?

The 2500 amount is stated in the terms of the casino website, which is always a good idea to familiar yourself with.
