Withdrawals from Cherry Red Casino

I requested a withdrawl on Nov. 23rd 2011. After a couple weeks I started calling and e-mailing to find out what was going on and was assurred it was due to a large number of withdrawls and to please be patient. Being a VIP member they gave me a bonus to play with. I was able to complete the playthrough requirements and make a withdrawl on that also. As of today I still haven't received any of my money. I am not sure what is going on there but seeing that I have put quite a bit of money into their casino to become a VIP and get this kind of runaround it really makes me mad. I have always recommended Cherry Red to my friends but my opinion of them has drastically changed.

Payouts have been frozen by the intermediary bank. All players with unresolved withdrawals have been sent the tracking number for their payout and were urged to contact their bank.

That was one of the excuses back in early January. Our banks cannot track anything because they did not send the money so quit blowing smoke up us. Your own operators said the tracking number was a load of crap the last time you used this excuse! After 3 going on 4 months just mail a check!

How much patience is expected? If I owed you money and kept telling you that it is in the mail every week for 3 going on 4 months you would have lost all patience. All I want is what is due nothing more.

YES!!! Time and again but they won't respond. Just about everytime I e-mail the VIP department I send them one also. I have tried numerous times when I call to talk to them but I am never allowed, they just give me whatever manager is on at that time. NOW I was told to send a copy of my last months bank statement, (To make sure I never received the money) and they would try to put it on my card. Which is funny because I was told last week that the U.S. could not use the pay to card method!!! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!

As per my previous response I do apologize, to have all these funds frozen by the bank was certainly not our intension. We are still hoping they will release the funds to our players, until then there isn’t anything we can do. Should we get a response from the bank please be assured we will be in touch immediately.
