Casino Adrenaline - Withdrawals being held back

I've currently got 12 withdrawals of a total of 12000 euro at www.ca­sin­oad­ren­ali­ne.com. I've played with them for some weeks now, and after sevaral deposits, a total of more than 6000 euro, I've hit a winning streak. I've been playing the slot Jackpot 6000 all the time. After sending in the required documents, I was able to make 4 withdrawals, each of 1000 euro. The first two were processed on June 3rd and the last two on June 22 this year. At the time of the last withdrawal I also had 4 other pending withdrawals, each of 1000 euros. After this I've played some more and also won some more. As it's gone almost 2 weeks since the last withdrawal was processed I got in touch with the casino using the chat. I was there told that the hold up was due to the casino "investigating my gaming history". No reason was stated and no timeframe was given. I've not recieved any e-mails or other information from the casino regarding this hold-up. I find it strange that I recieved information over a month ago that all my documents were approved and I was able to make a withdrawal, but now when my winnings have exceeded my deposits, there's a hold up. I'm aware that the casino have a witdrawal limit of 2000 euro per week and 5000 euro per month, but this is not the reason for the delayed withdrawals at this time.

I'm reluctantly submitting this complaint, but when there's no information coming from the casino, I feel I have to, considering it's a whole lot of money being held up.

I have all the e-mails confirming my withdrawals, I've complied with their t&c's and played by the book.

After my original complaint was posted on here there's been movement regarding my waiting withdrawals. There's now only 5 waiting withdrawals, each of 1000 euro. Guess I'll have to wait another month for the remaining winnings will be paid. Thanks for the help so far!

Yes, 4 of the requested withdrawals are processed. There's 5 more waiting. The first payments were done 24 hours after I posted the complaint on here. You've still not given me a reason for the delay and why you didn't process my withdrawals according to your own terms and conditions of 2000 euro per week and 5000 per month.

As there's been progress in this case the administrator can set this case as resolved. If there's delay in the next payment I will have to submit a new complaint then.
